Here's the link scottabelfitness.com/simple-w...
Metabolism must be fed, not starved - and the way to optimized YOUR metabolism is almost always the opposite to what the North American Diet Mentality Madness tells you - "calories in, and calories out" and number-crunching apps and all the rest
But when you lose weight without supporting and optimizing metabolism at the same time you are likely to experience 'HEAVY" consequences for dieting that way
Here is what the research says .....

More great information, I turned vegan after reading Lean without trying and it was a game changer, not just in increased metabolism but energy levels through the roof as well

That one study is comparing vegetarians to omnivores . Vegetarians are generally more health conscious and exercise more .(more TDEE ) They also tend to eat less processed food that would give less energy (more NEAT)

What is the "weight loss" on these diet studies you talk about. I haven't heard anything about lean body mass lost versus f fat loss or water weight loss.

But those were not the purpose of most of these studies and the ones that have that component speak for themselves - look them up or read the portions I included

It is a little low, but it has since been fixed - if you boost your speakers, it should be ok - as you can see other people have been able to listen to it - but that problem has been rectified for future vids - cheers
