    1. Build up Routines which does not need extra motivation
    2. Visualize the Goals which are switchables
    3. Set small goals, drink coffee
    4. Think about ur whys behind ur goals , write them down and keep them where u see everytime
    5. Take breaks

Building habits and actually doing them have definitely given me a sense of satisfaction that I did complete some task and then feel motivated to do some more. I had no idea I might have ADHD, I found myself resonating with a lot of adhd memes on instagram and then I found your channel a few days back. I think I have adhd, it should probably get myself diagnosed. Thank you for your videos. Currently hyperfixating on your channel😂

Having a list in full view where ever you need to be in the morning.
Max 3 things, and nr.4 should be where to go next.
    Toilet morning.
    Brush teeth
    Take bath
    Breather
    Go to kitchen
    Kitchen morning
    Make food
    Make coffee
    Drink water
    Go living room
If you get out of the routine, check list and let the list be your brain and buddy.

That's a great idea! I'm good with my waking up and starting the day routine. It's after that where I struggle especially since I've stopped working and the kid's are grown. I used to have other people's schedules to work around but know I have absolutely NO schedule. I always have a "To Do" list both for the week an then broken down to daily task's. It's transitioning between task's that's the real problem. I'll try adding the transition from one location in the house to another and see if it help's. Thanks for the suggestion! 👍

I’ve never been treated or anything so I’m going to get started but it’s nice to know that I’ve been doing good things for myself!! Consistent routines have been key for me gaining momentum and staying motivated towards achieving my goals.
My current challenge is creating an effective routine for after my work day is completed and I return home. My before work morning routine is working out great but once Im home I shut down.
I was discussing with my wife a few days ago that rather than going home immediately after work, I’ll be stopping off at our local library to work on my side hustle for an hour or two.
The library is literally a 2 minute drive from our home and so I don’t have to worry about a long commute afterwards adding to my stress.
My morning routine has been great but I can’t afford to get up any earlier than I currently am and not having an afternoon routing was killing my gains.
Thanks for the video. It was great confirming that I’m on the right path as I was already implementing many of your suggestions in my life’s routine.

OK...I know what my goals are, and I know how important they are...but I am going in circles and circles and never getting into them. It doesn't matter how important they are, and I know it. I can't find a way to reach them. Are you really ADHD? Do you really understand? This video makes me doubt that. In the coffee place would be way too many distractions to concentrate on writing. I'm thinking you don't really know what to have ADHD really feel likes and means.
