Great routine something that can be easily followed every day and great compliment to any of the Lu Strength programs. Will you be adding this routine to the content library in your app? that would be great as it will even easier to access.

Since people might have training sessions in the morning or throughout the day, it is best to do these stretches before bed right ? Since static stretching before workouts isn’t good ...?
Great question. I recommend dynamic stretches before a workout and static stretches after a workout. Any stretch can be done either statically or dynamically depending on how they are performed. Holding a stretch would make it static, whereas repetitively moving into the stretch would be considered dynamic.

No worries ! Just focus on leaning forward as much as you can and slowly progress. As long as you feel it in the hips, you'll be fine!
