But isn't the low audio a system setting? Like volume setting? I tried connecting other cheap headsets and the volume is still low. Does that change using premium models?
I recommend not buying the stealth 700 gen 2 max because the plastic always cracks over time no matter how gentle you are with it. Also, the headset tends to crackle way too often. If it weren't for those issues, this would be my favorite headset. I've gone through 2 pairs which both had these issues, I was just hoping the first pair was bad luck because I had trust in Turtle Beach at the time.
That's funny I'm looking for new headphones because I had the stealth 700 Gen 2 and the left ear piece has totally cracked off and is hanging on by the wire! Makes it very difficult to play haha
Yupppp, my first pair cracked and I had to superglue it and do a weird fix around.. I then replaced it with a new Gen 2 Max set, finding out the Bluetooth wheel doesn’t work, it’s randomly shutting off and not responding, pairing issues etc etc. definitely won’t be purchasing these again
I got the Arctis Nova 7 yesterday after my Nari Ultimate gave up the ghost. I got full moneyback because it was within warranty (got it from outlet so it was discounted at the time), and it paid exactly for the Arctis Nova 7 plus a bottle of coke
Guys just get a hyper x cloud. I got mine sometime in 2020 and the only problems I’ve had are a bit of peeling but apart from that they are awesome for $60 and under
The Cloud 2 wireless is excellent. I recommend these easily over all the others. Nice clear sound and punchy bass. By far the most comfortable and durable headset I’ve ever owned.
@@jayErszyea I’ve tried the nova 7P I’m not a huge fan to be honest. They are great for shooters like the cloud 2’s but the cloud 2’s are better for single player games due to have a nicer bass response.
@@mysterion5312 yes there is the volume dial on the headset itself that you can turn up, and you also have to make sure volume slider is all the way up in the PS5 sound settings.
Turtle beach 700 maxs microphone sucks! Don’t buy. A LOT of static and signal lost due to range. Sounds really good if that’s your main goal, this are a good option.
The ps5 headset itself sucks, a person with glasses and trying it out? Nah it hurts and sucks in your head. I’ve had the turtle beach headset for over 4 years and hasn’t failed me yet. Audio and comfort is amazing
Bro, Im so tired of reviews 🤦🏻♂️ threy are so conflicting, people say blackshark v2 is awesome, others say it's garbage. People say arctis p7 is amazing, others say it breaks apart... I don't know what to trust or buy anymore.
Honestly the Astro a10’s are still really good. They’re wired, but the sound is amazing and simple. Had my a10’s for like 5 yrs, and I use them for my ps5. Get those or the newer Astros that are wireless.
I also have the A50s and I'm never going to buy from Astro again. I've had my headset for maybe a year or 2 now and I'm so fed up with them. The cushion piece on the headband won't stay on because the cheap plastic is bent due to the weight of the headset, they constantly disconnect and reconnect which cuts all audio for a few seconds, I can't even use them for my PS5 because it won't register my ps audio. They're cheap, hell they even pull my hair out because of the way the headband attaches to the ear cup arms. I wish I never bought them.
I had 2 Arctis Nova Pro’s and both had the same problem the second one even worse and that is sound quality. I had before that the Arctis Pro and the first one i had lasten a year and a few month and now i have one and again after a few months it started to get the same problems as the first Arctis Pro (and that is connection loss) i had, i’m going to return it and want my money back. I have no trust anymore in SteelSeries to be honest. So i’m here to find a new headset that has 3D sound with gaming and can connect Simultaneous to PS5 and phone. But also can use as a headphone just for listening music and i want good sound when listen to music and good volume kinda the volume of getting deaf so to speak. I tried a Corsair but was good for gaming but when listening music volume was way to low. And to be honest i missed the 2 battery pack. I still Love SteelSeries tho but i just don’t have the trust anymore i don’t want to change headsets every year.
I always had the SteelSeries through my gaming life and had a few of the other brands just to see if they would be better but came short,,,my opinion stick with the SteelSeries.
I got the Astro a50 4gen. An it’s a major headache when updates are concerned not worth the headache…. Issue after issue my base station is updated but my headset won’t gets stuck at 33% about to sell them
Hyper X onlys plays at 5.1 surround sound ony ps5 it sounds good though don't get me wrong a lot better than the astro a 40 n that cost me 300 quid a few years ago the hyper cost 100 and sounds better 😂

Lies lies lies. Absolute load of crap. The steel series nova pro wireless is terrible. No footstep audio most of the time on warzone 2. So excited when they released the new ps5 nova version. How can they go from so good to so bad.. well I think they’ve concentrated on being compatible with pc & all they do for ps5 is work. Avoid this headset for ps5 👎
Try Hyper X, i have the Hyper X Cloud and i can hear the footsteps of enemies pretty decently. Even tho the person above is correct, warzone footsteps are low af sometimes. I play hunt showdown online too and i can pin point the exact location of my enemies with the Hyper X
They sound good a lot of the time you can hear footsteps directions but then the amount of times someone flies in, runs in, climbs a ladder running in at me & kills me with no audio at all is crazy. I’ve never experienced this inconsistent audio before & when you’ve bought the so called best & most expensive headphones available it’s so frustrating 😡

Use cable wire to connect it with controller for good sound rather than Bluetooth

I’ve had pulse 3d since the day they launched with ps5 and the cushions are already shredding from what’s holding them in the manufacturing.
