Strongly disagree with you. The OEM looks way better than these cheap aftermarket lights that stop working after a year of use. I love that they stick out. The jeep body is very narrow and the oem lights are designed so perfect that they give the car more brutal look. No way I'd remove my OEM led lights
thanks for the video.. it made my life a tad easier. I m not really impressed with fit of these lights.. i had issues with gaps. The screws that go in to the lights-- you have put some arm into it to make them work. i was expect a smooth transition. not having to torq them in. but they look really nice and LED backup is super bright!
Sorry I love my OEM LED’S better. If you are worrying about tearing your tail lights off, then you also have probably damaged your rear fenders and rear bumper. OEM in my opinion is the way to go. Not always but in this case it does.
The one thing we forgot to add in this video is that the reverse lights included in these Oracle Flush LED Tail Lights are BRIGHT as all get out. Just the reverse lights alone are worth the $$$ for upgrading to these lights.
My factory driver side LED tail light broke in a fluke accident. Couldnt justify paying $400 plus dollar for just one tail light. Luckily Trail Recon had these on sale for $279 last week. Havent installed them yet but it looks like factory lights are much brighter. Bummed the facorty lights cost so much. Hopefully i find a driver led light for cheap in the near future...
I would never replace factory LED if mine came with it. I've been looking all over the internet to buy used LED factory jeep tailights as they look really cool. These aftermarket once are cheaply made, mine already broke after 6 months of use. Going back to the factory.
Awesome! Just spoke to someone at Northridge online and they said you have them in stock and I ordered them. Hopefully they ship soon. Thank you Northridge 4x4. You are my go to shop! Can I get another HAT?
Thanks for the order! Have you seen our Happy Friday swag packs on our FB page? Every Friday we do a giveaway swag pack with hats, tees, decals etc. Sometimes Northridge4x4 swag, sometimes other brands swag.
Unfortunately, there is something about the BSM sensor orientation that causes them not to work... So if you want to keep Blind Spot Monitoring, keep looking...
So a couple of questions. Are those Diodes supposed to get crazy hot after running for even a moment or two? Also If I replaced the headlights, fogs, and DRL with aftermarket LED bulbs, do I still need the diode? Thanks.
The resistors do get hot. But I wouldn't say crazy hot. Do you have a Tazer or JScan? You can go in and turn the OE LED functions on, that should make it so you don't have to run the resistor.
Oracle's has a one year warranty. If they do go out, you send them a picture and they will replace it. If it goes out past the warranty, you can purchase a single light from them. So far, we've had real good luck with them and they've been real good to deal with.
Flush lights should have been on all the new jeeps. . I've seen soany get yaked off in tight situations 😒. However the brake light and turn signal needs to be bigger.
If you have the factory halogens, you need to use a Tazer to set the taillights to LED. www.northridge4x4.com/part/engine-underhood-package-deals/tazcablepkg-z-automotive-tazer-mini-and-extension-cable-package
Love the lights just put them on my 2022 rubicon gladiator but after I put them on it says my taillights aren’t working but indeed they are anyway around this ?
Do you have a Tazer? Use it to change your taillights settings. www.northridge4x4.com/part/engine-underhood-package-deals/tazcablepkg-z-automotive-tazer-mini-and-extension-cable-package
Mine also say "turn signal lights out", but when checking them they are working fine. I have the Tazer Mini. What exact settings do I change / clear to fix the problem?
@@GrayMatterJeep Go into the sub-menu LIGHTING, then to Set LED Tails. If you have factory LEDs, turn OFF the LED and then turn it back ON. If you do not have factory LEDs, turn it ON.

@@northridgenation Yes, it is a 2021 Gladiator. The bolt I’m referring to is the top right one that you tighten while the tailgate is open. The threads seem fine, I’m going to try replacing the metal clip part on the light and see if that works
I want them but average shipping time is 90 days? Now add time to cross into Canada where I live, man I might not even own the gladiator anymore….and I’ve only had it ten days.
We had them in stock right up to the Black Friday sales, now back OOS. But we have more coming, so check back often or just get a set ordered and you'll be on the list for the next order coming in.
@@northridgenation unfortunately there are many people with the LED package that are having the same issue. I am going to install the resistors today to see if that takes care of the issue but in many of the FB pages you can find people with this problem.
So, replace your square tail lights that stick out 2.5 inches with flush lights so they don't get knocked off on the trail. Yet my fenders stick out 4 inches or more so it looks like a waste of money for that reason. The lights look cool but not for $350. I'll keep my square lights. I would, however, love the rear bumper back up lights Oracle makes! Really nice.
It's the rear over hang that's the issue, especially when squeezing around trees, big rocks and root balls. There are quite a few people out there who have tore their factory lights out. That's why Oracle designed these flush mount units. You may not need them for your Gladiator and what you use it for.
Color & light in video will always be slightly different than seeing it in person, however the brake lights are just as noticeable as the O.E. and the reverse lights are MUCH brighter!
don’t buy this i so disappoint. no one talking about the gap around this light. yes looks good. but stuff go inside of the light all around , especially whether. is BAD for the $ like i say. yes looks very good but for the $ to much. check for more options no to many but all terrain and quadratec has couple options
wow, flashers and tail lights are alot brighter on the factory lights.

Tighter fit and clearance is the way OEM should have been from the beginning.

Factory looks Jeep. New ones look like every SUV on the market. The fact they stick out looks muscular. Not rat mobile weak !
I love the look of OEM. Why would l need to make the Jeep modern look? And also OEM one is brighter and more visible.
Great video on this topic and installation.

What broke?
I just added the Oracle lights to my truck. I do have the factory LED tail lights if you want to buy them
I imagine the JT engineers having a face palm moment when they realize how badly they missed on this design.
They did not. The OEM light is much better than this
