The one part they skip over is the actual disconnection of the electrical for the OEM trailer hitch, I'm having a bear of a time on determining what it takes to release the original connector
My driver side went out at about the same time length as well. I called Oracle and they sent me out a brand new set. They are aware of the issue and said that the lights manufactured after April 2024 have addressed the issue just letting you know
Like I brought the tail light just put them in but I didn’t do a check on the product and now I’m seeing all these people saying that there lights don’t last I hope that doesn’t happen to me because it was $400 for them taillights to go out in a year. I pray
What did you hook up the bumper reverse lights too?...I got a harness with my flush mount led taillights but they didn't work with it just drivers side stay on and the other flash and wouldn't stay on.
That’s a possibility but it’s a closed cavity, so you would have to drill a hole at the bottom of the tailgate to exit at the hookup. The side exit is super clean and really makes the set up quick and user friendly.
That’s sad to hear you think that. We run Oracle on several of our builds for years, haven’t had any issues with them. I appreciate the comment tho and the view. Thanks!
I know dozens of people in the jeep group I am in and a couple of people in my club that have used these lights and they have died within a year. They are junk.
We are running on multiple vehicles with many products of theirs and have had no issues on ours. But I have heard people running into issues with led projects.
got the oracle tail lights for my gladiator they lasted a year and quit working on my second set and now the right one has half of the leds out. hopefully this lasts longer than their tailights. very expensive with poor reliability.
Awesome 👌

My flushed mounted tail lights lasted 18 months then the passenger side went out…. Not sure if I want to spend another $350+ on a new set….

@@vanquish_engineering they sent me a replacement passenger side……
Are the vehicles yall put them on EVERYDAY VEHICLES?
@@ricramirez110788 yea this one has been a daily driver every day since this install
How much for your factory led tail lights
They belong to the owner of the jeep. I can ask if he would sell them. If you want to give us a way to have him contact you?

We have various products of theirs on several cars and have no issues with them.
Will you need to reprogram (flash) the computer if going from analog to LED?
No, there is no need to reprogram, but you have to make sure you run the included resistor when you wire up the lights.
What did you hook up the bumper reverse lights too?...I got a harness with my flush mount led taillights but they didn't work with it just drivers side stay on and the other flash and wouldn't stay on.
We installed them with the universal adapter harness from Oracle. It has provisions for the turn signals, bumper lights and the tailgate light
Wouldnt it be cleaner if you ran the wire in to the hole of the tailgate where the Jeep logo was?

Except it's made by Oracle so it will quit working days after its 1 year warranty runs out...

Yea I’ve seen the claims and the posts about them. That’s never been my experience with any of their product or their support.

No you do not "know dozens" of people who've had them fail. Get real.
