I feel your pain. NY is not exactly dual sport friendly. I think Im going to shoot for the NEBDR as soon as VT dries out and opens the CL4 roads. Hopefully, before my son leaves for bootcamp. It's amazing how many trail systems VT has compared to NY.
Seams like riding the liighter bikes through those trails was a good call.
We ride a couple old DRs, a 350 and a 650
