Thank you! 😊
Thank you!
No time stamp? Lol
@@MsCGarnicado you want them to buy them for you to?
thank you
“Aging, when you are 30-40” I wish I had all this info then. I’m 76.
Yep, I laughed, too!
Haha! Yes, my mind got very sidetracked at hearing him say aging when you’re 30-40. 😂 I’m thinking so what about me almost 60???🤣
A high quality Curcumin extract is king when it comes to inflammation. Quercetin is great for senolytic use and is a strong antioxidant
Yes, it is. Many types of inflammation including gastrointestinal or joint pain can be alleviated with high quality Curcumin. It must be high quality.
@@tomnorth1329 Anything you would recommend, please? "High price = high quality" is not always true and online reviews are often suspect.
How many 100's of supplements are you suggesting should be taken everyday, in what order, at what time, in what amount? You should do a video detailing a full supplement schedule plan timetable.. to see if there will be any time left to fit in anything else.. lol..
Shake, rattle and roll.
There are also many studies on Ginger (gingerenone A) showing its effect on eliminating senescent cells. Similar to the senolytic cocktail dasatinib and quercetin (D+Q).
I love your videos.
Thanks V Shred!
Bro, he is Thomas Delauer. He is NOT V Shred. There is not even a resemblance between the two of these guys. I'm a black guy and can even see the difference. Unless you were just joking and I fell completely for it.
Could you sometime give more details on how to use these things if you are AREADY AGING AND DEEPLY INFLAMMED? We are still alive after all. Struggling to survive and no MD has a clue. Great info, but I tire of hearing what to do when young. Thanks.
I've been eating Turmeric root for 6 years, mostly for inflamed prostate. It works great for reducing inflammation and maintains easy urination. The pills and powders are not nearly as affective as the root. The root is easier to find in ethnic grocery stores, like an Asian market. I eat about 1-2 inches of the root with one meal per day. Yes, the root is strong, spicy, and stains your teeth (but so does tea and coffee). That's why I eat it with a meal. It took me a few days to get used to it, similar to eating a small onion or a piece of raw garlic. I can turn on inflammation if I stop eating turmeric after a week. To reduce inflammation, Turmeric starts to work after 2 days. That's how it works for me.
The other thing that helps is regular exercise and a healthy diet. This is also a no joke thing. I'm 60 and in the best health of my life after docs 7 years ago told me I was getting lots of problems with liver, colon, pre-diabetes. I was amazed and so were my friends.
Most importantly, talk with your healthcare professional, get a fitness coach/healthy lifestyle coach to learn how to heal your body. Make sure you find a coach who, at least, understands the science of how ketosis works. This means they are learning the new science that's improving the whole health ecosystem. The coaches who do not know the new science are still teaching, "low fat, high carb diets are good for the average person."
Best of health to you all.
This is my experience and opinion, not intended as advice. Please consult your healthcare professional.
I am 62 with arthritis in both hips and shoulders. Heres what I take. Omega 3s 2xs/day. Whey protien with extra glycine, taurine and leucine. Curcumin, NAC, Tmg, intermittant fast. Go carnivore, eat eggs everyday. Use magnesium, quercetin and apigenin to lower cd38 which lowers NAD. Exercise and take saunas. Use infrared pads.
I agree! I’m 73 and aiming at a long, healthy future. Don’t just speak to your own age group and younger, please!
I'm just commenting based on learning from my own experience. I had full body inflammation, super achy tendons, joints for years. Tried everything anti inflammatory under the sun, including some of the stuff listed in the video. I did it for years. Then, turned out, the root cause for my inflammation wasn't aging, or my years in professional sports but OXALATES! All my "healthy" diet and some of the supplements listed here like ginko were doing the exact opposite for me and creating oxalate deposits 🤦♀️🙈. All I'm saying is: if you feel inflamed, try finding the root cause for it and treat the root cause. Ageing can be the answer, but in many cases it's not correct. Google Sally K Norton if you're curious about oxalates.
@@cathrineii696I had a similar experience with salicylates - inflammation, aches, balance issues, ringing ears, anxiety/depression. All the “good” foods (veggies) were causing this. Took me years to figure out since salicylates are in almost everything.
Can you start posting executive summaries?
what about Boswellia serrata extract that contains Boswellic acid ? It is also called Indian Frankincense

Great summary Joe. Thanks!
Does CURCUMINE supress or induse ataphogy? What is your opinion on this topic?
The Swedish company Probi makes probiotics with clinically proven benefits. I understand you need to be loyal to your sponsors, but the Probi products have supporting evidence like no other AND survive in acidic environments, which means that they do not due in the stomach (and that is the reason for your sponsor's double capsule). Their first strain, lp299v, was developed for and used in hospitals for patients who have undergone gut surgery and bowel removal. As a science butt, this really ought to interest you.
Very interesting.
I just wound up doing an enema retention with goat milk kefir to bypass the stomach. Tried the normal ways and nothing ever got better for me till I did the enemas.
GINKGETIN
OLEANDRIN
PERIPLOCIN
QUERCETIN
CURCUMIN
Please interview Joel Greene about his new book The Way
I have multiple sclerosis and find these videos helpful
Don’t give up. You got this! Look into carnivore way of eating.
So… when do you take the anti inflammatory if you’re trying to get gainz??
If it's like cold therapy then likely 4hr after workout atleast
I can't believe you didn't mention fisetin. It's one of the most powerful ones of the synalytics
Naw, Tom don't f with it😂
But studies show it makes kids flunk Spelling Class in elementary school.
Goats know not to eat green, live Oleander leaves but they will eat dead, dry leaves.
Oh yes, anytime that I ever had anything cosmetic from my longtime doctor he made me take quercetin a few weeks before the procedure. I take it now all the time.
Do you make your own quercetin?
@@beth81533I didnt know you could make it.
Turmeric has amazing anti inflamatory effects and no study needs to proove that
Yep
Seed did nothing for my sick gut
That's not how life works. Get out of the codependency matrix.
I bought myself some Ginkgo and THEN found a study that it causes cancer in mice.
Typical.
Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) is the primary cause of inflammation.
2nd 😉

Oleandrin? Seriously?
Too much info
Jesus Christ Thomas this information goes way over my head. You gotta be a chemist to figure out what you’re saying, come on man.
I felt the same way and actually fell asleep listening.
I mean if I watch all these videos and take all the advice I would be taking 40 to 50 supplements everyday. It's just not sustainable
Sorry Thomas, most people won't be able to afford this when They crash the dollar. Wish you'd focus on teaching us a three day fast. I'm planning my first, I'm thinking it will be a bone both and water by the 3rd day. First two days I will not eat, water only. And I'm a 1950s kid. We WERE NEVER hungry.
Weirdo
Seed contains RICE. Not good if your gluten sensitive!
Rice has no gluten lol
@@harold1733 Forget gluten, rice is full of arsenic 😅
Studies have come out that gluten sensitivity isn't biologically true. Research it before flaming.
@@grak1396US rice is grown on former cotton fields that are saturated with arsenic. It was used to kill of the boll weevil infestations.
Rice contains a glutenous protein called Orzenin. I beg to differ and it's inflammatory for those who are gluten intolerant. I am a student of Functional Medicine Nutrition. Do your own research. Jus....sayin"
