What an inspirational video. Lots of ideas. And .... the choice of 1:1 format for the video and stills was the right one. I tend to use it a lot for my macros of plants. It seems to make the image placid and to encourage the viewer to contemplate.

Not really that important. The most important thing is that you have some kind of diffuser :)
Would this macro setup work with a godox-v1 instead?
I guess so, if you just get the Godox trigger for MFT

How many stacks for one drop?
Actually almost all of the photos in this video are single shots. I attempted stacking but either the stacks failed because the drops are moving a lot, or they just didn't look good. Only 1-2 stacks are in this video, and those are with just 2 shots.

Thank you! Yes there is another dimension, always existing. But you can only access it with a macro lens :)
Oh, but there is. I learned to find something of beauty in the most desolate places. Could be the tiniest flower, or a pattern on a rock or in the soil. There's always something.

Yes I think a white balloon would diffuse just as well. But would be harder to keep in place haha.

I've been using white balloons for ages. My insulation tape helps keep it in place

It's great. But a little heavy and expensive compared to 60mm+Raynox. Still not sure which I like best.
