@@travisderose I agree with him, in the future I can see less of a need for specific or exotic drinks. Now obviously if you grow up in a rich environment you might say otherwise. But from a common stand point I drink water day in and day out. I obviously drink other things like Ice Tea and Milk. Now just because I drink water daily doesn't make it the drink of the millennium for me. Rather the importance that water has on are every day. As water is going to be a big topic in coming years, as presence of micro-plastics in are drinking water is going to draw more concerns for are health. Also with technology it's much easier for acquire drinking water so we have less of a need for exotic drinks. But again water is going to play a bigger part in are future, since it's linked to almost all life and is something that you can say is a similarity between you and an ant. So I see it playing a big part in are theory of life and how we might find life in the Universe. My last idea is how it might be the drink of the millennium is politics. When I say politics I also want to say Global Warming, as the effects of Global Warming will be catastrophic and how could affect are oceans in many different ways. Which in result will effect us. So I wouldn't say that Water will be the next drink of the Millennium but rather the most important liquid of the Millennium - I apologize for any grammar errors, I didn't go to in-depth into my thought but just wanted to share.
I'm reading it for the summer and tbh it's a really good read. Lots of interesting facts and small details that are pretty cool. I thought it was insane that ancient Egyptians rubbed beer and saffron on women with labor pains.

This one liquid is going to shape the world for the next millennium
