Been getting back into learning boxing because I love the conditioning, challenge and my kids watch my movements, so they try as well...But overall just wanna say love you channel brutha. Simple videos like these I love because you preach Basics first and I've always preached that to my athletes. JUst showin some love Ahki Pary all is well.

heres what i do ..at the end of shadow boxing /pad work /bag work whatever it is ...i keep continuously punching in the air(or you can do it on the bag too if you prefer) for 6 minutes by setting a timer..first 2-3 minutes i will try to do it with extremely light dumbells and i keep telling myself do not stop..and the remaining time i will do it with either wearing gloves quickly back on or bare hands ..remember there should be no rest and ramp up the speed /power in the last minute ..it increases your shoulder conditioning ..i saw floyd mayweather doing the same kind of drills where he went non stop on the bag for 6 minutes

I have a question on stance. I'm overweight and the traditional boxing stance my coach at the gym taught me feels off balance, is it ok to square up more? When I'm more square I feel balance but people tell me I'm more open to body shots
I recently shattered my femur in a car accident. Have you heard of anyone with a broken femur (titanium rod inserted now) recovering to be able to box again? Thank you!
