It's my opinion that fluidity comes from equal training of power and off hand striking and movement so that you may be comfortable striking from any stance in any position from either hand. I think people fall into a right hand vs left hand power striking trap. If you strike harder with your right hand than your left, it just shows you what you need to work on. I can move between conventional or southpaw stances fluidly, and power strike pretty equally. That really throws people off.
George Foreman said it best about RJJ, he says Roy Jones most important quality is the eyes. Roy and Muhammad Ali have very sharp eyes when they're boxing. I really like the snake anology, when I watch fighters like Sugar Ray Robinson and Leonard, it's stick and move But when I'm watching Roy Jones fight, the fights are quite high paced and he's bouncing and all over the ring. Like a Game Rooster.
I made a tiktok on this my bro. But I study what my eye and heart kinda like. Whatever I’m naturally drawn too I’m able to emulate easily. Reason being is because I’m aligned to it. Mentally and emotionally I have a heightened excitement and magnetism toward it so my body can catch on faster. Hope this helps my bro.
You never learnt boxing from a profesional coach, your legs are not coordinated with your hands, you do not move rightly neither steps nor shaffle, your punch is technically deficient in so far
Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson might be the most fluid mma fighter of all time, great person to study. It’s a shame people don’t mention him more.
He is really underrated
100%💪🏻👍🇬🇧

My tip is to extend the ability to rotate your forearm and triceps so you don't use as much energy pushing and more energy rotating
