Without a doubt, the best channel of its type on UA-cam.
Check out Russian school of boxing. Very technical stuff … if you pendulum step you’ll like it.
Or Tim yankelos channel is good too
damn i cant believe this guy is giving something out so important and vital and he is doing it for free!
Actually its not for free because he gets paid from youtube views
@@waleedalzuhairi526 You're still watching it for free, are you 12?
@@miredabraga5156 im 18 i know its for free but he gets paid so thats his job
@@waleedalzuhairi526 yo do realize that evem getting 80k views isnt even guarenteed getting $80
@@churchiglesiabethel-piano4813 nothing is for free in this fucking world
Been fighting for 4ys and have a boxing match this weekend. This guy is legit. Youre always making small adjustments in each and every scenario in a fight. This guy covered all of them. Thanks dude.
Did you win😐
Best combination of boxing knowledge and ability to articulate that knowledge on youtube.
Lomachenko uses that half step forward with the back leg quite often, but it's quick so it's difficult to notice w/out slowing the video down
You’re a legend
I find if I'm aiming to press off a 1-2, the counter hook is often whats coming back so I come under or shift/pivot to the right, staying off the center line. If they throw the hook, I'm safe, if they defend I have them off balance. Then unload. Obviously you cant do this everytime, but I do find even if the opponent moves way from my range I am usually safe. Its a go to for me. Forget I said so if we're ever in the ring together though
That crouching stance also reduces the exposure of your body to hits which means your defence is easier to manage. You also demonstrate that the way you move forward gives constant options so no matter how many times you come forward like that your opponent should never be able to tell in advance what your next move or punch will be. Being predictable is something that must be avoided. Great lesson and nicely demonstrated.
I love the way you end your videos with that straight right 💥🥊
Really nice description of the subtle details of how to get in. Thank you for hosting us three
thanks coach
I have just done a sparring with a guy 5 inches taller than me. I will be considering to apply your tips for the next one
I am from India .. I am your fan ..you are a legend...
Man , all your videos are amazing , thanks a lot for the info , greetings from León , México !!!!!
Best channel ever. Furthermore, excellent ability to explain common beginners doubts and problems.
Thank you for all these great videos!
God level knowledge
Brooo.. You are the most proper person on UA-cam (not only boxing wise) haha true G.. have watched most of your videos bro and some of them I repeat daily. Huge tips and tricks! Ive been to GYMs in three countries and each one of them missed some of the most important components which I saw from you. Keep the good work going buds!
I'm 5'4 and 140lbs. I'm going to compete this coming Saturday as a novice. Most likely I'll be the shortest guy. I'm nervous but seeing this video, gives me idea on what to use about getting inside. Thanks!
How did it go?
thanks a lot, very informative, very insightful, brilliant!
The best in UA-cam
cogent advice thank you This really helped.
thank you sir
Brilliant!
Holy shit these videos are amazing
Good stuff man, thank you 🙏🏼
this guy awesome for at home tips to practice in your living room between training sessions if you still got some boxing on your mind outside the gym
Very good insights!
Excellent! As always!
Also this is a good method of not exerting to much energy on attack, not a push transfer but a stepping
I think this is useful but the approach is prone to a clinch, pivot or opponent moving back in my opinion you need to create an angle still a great video and a good way to apply pressure !✅
Thanks
Congratulacion Teacher!!!! Thank You for all these great vídeos!!!!

This is a great video for me
What a great channel I'm far from a boxer but learning the simple mechanics while getting a work out is optimal. Ty keep up the great work. Peace from Miami 🤜✴️🤛

Thank you
Behind the jab.

amazing! thank you so much!
wow! thanks. good explanation
very good as always
Thanks I’m going to be fighting in the silver gloves and I’m either 5 6 or 5 5 at 13, I’m 135 so I’ll probably being fighting a taller guy
how did you fare mate? i fought a dude 6.3" 71 inch reach and had a hard time closing distance then in round 3 i landed a heavy hook hurt him bad he bounced back caught me with a bomb straight and i ended up winning later on on points cause dude kept missing and i landed a few more strikes was very close though btw i'm 5.4" @ 144pounds we fought at 170 so i was a lil slower etc. but yeah
Great stuff as usual....
Thanks a lot for great stuff

Man i wish i could start boxing😞my city is to small so i cant go to a boxing gym...only boxing i can do is go really easy on my liitle brother while he goes hard and i dodge the punches and using a heavy bag😞😞😞
a kick is a punch from a foot
Thanks for you amazing videos:) I have feet problem I can’t move sometimes my legs in the same time with my hands . Any advice or can you a video about that !
Really appreciate the video coach, can u pls make a video on how to defend against feints
I wanted this video so bad😁
Good stuff
You ever retreat with a stanceshift so you can evade attack faster..but end up in a southpaw stance?
Where abouts is the longer video on your site? I can’t find it? Thanks

Your new enviroment lacks something maybe some posters of boxers or smh else. It's distracting seeing a trash can behind you.Just my opinion i love your videos JT!!
I hear you, the set design is still in the works
PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO ABOUT THE "DEMPSEY ROLL"
nice one
Do you have any videos on being a more active puncher for those who tend to think or wait for perfect punch/opportunity?
Sorry coach forgot to subscribe, am now
Yeah good tips but taller fighters likes to control your head with their lead arms when you roll under and will keep you honest with their big right hand! So be cautious. Peace
Hey JT, another great video. i do something similar in my shadow boxing. But i tend to do the drop off my jab. i dont throw the cross. since i dont have any sparring experience yet, am i doing it wrong?
beautiful;
Upload a video showing some faints....
looks like Nick Diaz lol
i gotta box a bully at work and i hope this helps me when the time
#DoingHomeWork
Efren Urbina how did it go
JT, why is your stance so wide?
What state are you from?
Ontario Canada just north of new York
I love this guy he knows a lot but he is wrong in this not to many trainers know foot work fundamentals
Perfect starting training with a few six foot plus guys and im 5"6 so this is very helpfull
👍 👌 😂 .
Tyson was devastating with this!
But he did it mostly with head movement not punches
great stuff ! thx
