Arent resistors to test the seat belt airbags on most seat belt/srs systems 2.2 - 2.5 ohms or so? Why would the pretentioner show 0.5 ohms?

I got problem. The scanner says “tensioner” and you say “pretensioner”. Whats is tensioner then?
