- During the National Corvette museum 25th anniversary bash I was invited in behind the scenes for a private showing of the 2020 Corvette C8 Mid Engine Test Mule. WOW! The things you can now see that we didn't/couldn't see then. This is a fully uncamouflaged test mule with some really interesting finds.

I really wanted to see Chevy build the 09 concept Corvette! I would have been a nice modern retro verision of the Covette! I Love it! Very disapointed Chevy did not make it a production car.

That Stingray Concept car was in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen movie from 2009 was also on display at Indy 500 in 2009 i took a picture with it.

That's probably a drive cycle tester. Here in Las Vegas, some manufacturers send test mules out to do high heat drive cycling. Most of it is upper mundane, like doing 150 stop signs in a 40 mile loop.
Well looks like the base msrp on the Vette might go up after the stike.

I thought some with the appearance package in the c8 corvettes had the carbon fiber rails

I was buying a used 2019 honda pilot EXL
Hey chevy dude, can you give me some advice. I recently bought a car at the chevy dealer (note I just started watching your vids.. wish I found you earlier) added on my contract is theft deterrent , theft patrol gps tracking device and theft code - warranty on the stupid device. When I noticed this I asked the financing guy if he can cancel that (after I already signed...I didnt notice it before btw... I was signing all sorts of papers/docs)
i was also tired and stressed out. anyways yes I screwed up by signing off on it.. but i had no clue of the theft deterrent .. so he tells me he cant cancel it as it is a preinstalled item and part of the cost of the car. I told him i'm not interested in the item period. I have no use for it. He wasnt budging. I went to the manager of the dealership and he has not responded to me. Is there a way they can cancel it... or can they reimburse me? Have you ever heard of any issues like this come up with a customer? if so, how was it solved?

No re-tooling no pre-production quality control cars built before the holidays. No no no it’s a wild guess if it’s going to effect the hole enchilada.

0:36, are we really going to ignore that this car was built in 2008, I can’t imagine what they’re building today for the next 12 years, Chevy and other car manufacturers are really holding back on tech and design.
He must of meant 2018. The first C8 clay model was made in 2014.
