Mar Blox if $65,000 was chump change to me yes i would. Can’t take money to the grave gotta have fun. That’s more than I make a year so I won’t own anything that costs that much at all with my current job unless it’s a house. Maybe with a better job in the future. I’d never buy anything that costs over my income.

Exactly! I have visited the Corvette Museum before and I know that they regularly run contests like this but as you said you have to be a legal resident of Kentucky to win or be present at the museum at the time of purchase.
You can go get carbon fiber fabric and put resin on it and shape it to your mirror for like 200 bucks
In Oklahoma we call it Oklahail...haha. I've lived here all my life & have been so fortunate to never have been in a tornado. However i have experienced hail damage one time. Back in '99 i had a new Ford Ranger 4x4 that was only 6 months old. The night before i didn't park in in the garage. I woke up the next morning around 10ish am to this extremely loud roar in my house. I thought what the hail...ha. I looked outside & saw hail like i had never experienced before. And there was my Ranger sitting in the driveway getting pounded with almost golf ball size hail. Talk about a hopeless feeling. Wouldn't wish that on anybody. After about 10-15 minutes of watching this bad storm I went outside to look at my truck & my heart dropped to my stomach. Windshield, & some of the other glass all busted out. Major dents on the hood, roof & in the bed. Sides of the truck not so bad. Well to make even a longer story short the insurance totalled the truck out. I did get another new truck same model & equipment, & color. I did have to shell out $500 to replace it which i considered a pretty good deal & from then on that truck never sat outside again! I still have the truck today & somehow have managed to put 35,000 miles on it...ha

Tuesday. Hey Mike you might think about kind of doing what ss717 did for exhaust,he went cats and straight pipe,its way to loud but the cats gave it a cool deep tone.You might consider doing just the cats on the OE muffler would sound awesome.
I just dont understand why chevy does not offer blue calipers as an option. that ceramic matrix grey with blue interior and blue calipers would look amazing

absolutely put the carbon on. GM Fucked up not having the carbon option ready to go when it launched. People would have bought a ton of it
Love the white one you delivered. BTW my brick is in Section 43, about 35-40 feet from the door. One of the very few with only one line. I was driving trucks and watched the progress when they built the place. Made the 2nd Reunion. Drove my Ford down there. Bought a brick.
I think the grand for carbon fiber is a good deal and idea it's w New car they haven't had a long time to make items for it so you will pay a little Xtra but of you want something you have to pay the price or wait for more options if you don't want to wait drop some bucks it's no problem
Spend that $ 1000 on something that makes the car Faster, And or Sound Better, Please.. Covers don't really do anything to Speed it up.. Thanks for the Great Video's

My wife Peggy and I went to the museum last year and watched a pickup at the nursery 😉. We are from Southwestern New York and when I win the lottery I will give you a call and you will have a 66+ customer. Bought two 25 dollar tickets at the museum last year obviously didn’t win. Good to seee you got your car fixed. Boy that was fast🥴🤷♂️you had me shaking for a second 🤦♂️😉

Check out the Project Farm testing channel. Many of his product tests are motor oils. He is very thorough and completely unbiased. You may change your mind about Royal Purple. Check him out, it is worth it!
Used royal purple in two cars that I had and had no problems with them motors ran cooler, better fuel economy and power.

Former cancer patient was to receive his at NCM but family talked him out of it and it was to be transported to CA. Anyone ever attach magnet to pan or filter body to hold metal shavings?
Hi Chevy Dude! Of all the things to spend a $1000 on. I would go with a paint job not vinal wrap, not all over the entire car but just add black and gray tones of like small pixel camouflage graphic effects on top of the white. There a picture on the internet of a black with blue camouflage of a C-8 but it's not pixels. For the back of the mirrors it's not worth the money for carbon fiber. Who is really going to to notice it? Your Car your money, you get to do with it what ever you and your wife agree on.

So I always wanted a corvette since I was 14. Here I am at 48 and finally got one. It is a used 2015 Z51 2LT. It is a second car for me but I drive it more then my other. I got the car to drive not sit and look good. Since I have had it I’ve put just about 1000 miles in a month LOL. I do have a question though about my car hoping you read this and are able to answer. Is there anyway to upgrade my radio so I can get nav, Apple CarPlay and WiFi?

While I think carbon fiber looks cool, I don't think I'd ever spend the money to add it. I'd spend money on performance enhancements before cosmetics, but that's me.
Carbon fiver is overrated. Unless you have a carbon fiber car it doesn't make a difference. Your car looks good the way it is. A nicer exhaust will be better.

Just wondering what is the average age group of the Corvette buyer ? I knew I wanted one when I was 21, had to wait until I was 22 to get my first one because no one would insure me....that was back in 1980 so insurance was hard on the young guys, Lol. Now they are money hungry and insure everyone.

Probably. They go directly into his museum. He has an amazing collection. All types of race cars plus some unbelievable production cars. The collection of corvette's is awesome. All of them VIN# 01 ! Every year, he spends a lot of money at the Scottsdale, AZ Barrett-Jackson auction to benefit charities. VIN# 01 cars are what he is after and he is not afraid to spend what it takes to get them. The sales goes to the yearly special charity and it would be interesting to know how much money he has donated in the past few years. Well done, Rick! There are a couple of videos that document his collection. They are worth searching for.

White cover is taken off during prep. As this car was supposedly a museum delivery, it was prepped before that.
