No need to connect PC. in fact if you want to use internet in PC or NVR, DVR , network printer you can connect repeater Ethernet port to get internet for non-wireless device.

My router sends a strong signal on its own to my outbuilding 100 feet away. Can I set up one of these as a receiver of that signal, then connect it to my belkin N750 next to it to give a strong signal throughout my garage? Or will this give a strong signal. It seems to be directional and designed to point at the source, rather than where you want it to send a signal.
Yes if you are getting signal at least -55 to -65 you can connect this device as receiver to get internet wirelessly

Does this connect to ANY access point (2.4GHz) or only other C200/CPE210 model? I want to extend the wifi in my house (Wifi from Modem 2.4GHz+5GHz) to the barn. Do I need TWO C200 or can I use one C200 and my current wifi (Dlink)?

yes you can connect LAN port to Computer to get internet if repeater connected with your main router

In Repeater mode you cant change repeater ssid but if you use WISP mode you can use different SSID
What is range of reapeater
it can cover 2-3 room easily but depend on the repeater placement

See the operation mode in top above menu bar. change the mode to AP Router

Yes, just look at the LAN cable and then to the connection and extend my Wi-Fi signal.

For some reason when i try to configurate the CPE210 on Chrome i cant see the language selection or anything, i just see password and username where i type on both admin but it says wrong password or username.Can u help me?
try anyother browser such as Firefox or internet explorer. if still facing same issue try reseting device and try again

i means factory reset device with reset button given in PoE adapter or device also.
