Is there anyway to turn this device just into an extender for WiFi through lan from a router it seems I can’t make it work unless I’m plugged into the computer
Thanks for the video - it worked great. I can now broadcast my WIFI signal onto the beach next to my house. It would be helpful in the video if you explained that in one instance, you are creating a new WIFI network name and Password for the device, and in the other instance, you are entering the existing WIFI network name and password. I got it on the second try - disconnected from the computer, and it works great. Thanks for the video!
Hello here is my confusion. I have a router from the ISP. It has an internet connection already but it is slow because I am 2km away from the ISP Tower. Question, how many CPE do I need to buy? Can I just purchase one CPE connected to my router then use it to point to the ISP Tower so I can get better connection? Or do I have to buy 2 CPE so I can use one as Access Point and one as Client?

You need an LTE Antenna. I use this m.takealot.com/dual-polarised-high-gain-lte-antenna-with-10-meters-cable-bundle/PLID34148767. I went from "no network" to 3OMbps average.

If you use this as a wifi extender from my shed to my house, do I need a second wifi router inside my shed? Or is the signal behind the antenna strong enough for my wireless laptop and mobile?
Depends on how far away, I have two cpe, one sending the signal from house wifi and the second receiving, from there I have the Ethernet cable run into the shop into a separate router to broadcast the signal. My shop is metal out and in so no signal makes it past those walls.

It will repeat the signal with internet without lan but in bridge mode you have to have lan connected for better speed and better quality always use bridge mode and disable the ssid and use separate router.

I'm assuming you're using a sim card router and you want to get a better LTE signal? This is a WIFI device, it won't help you in that case.
