I’m a 28 year old black male who just bought his first AR pistol (after being a small hand gun owner for years) and I just say that if there is a gun mod that people with bad intent have, I want it too! There is no reason good people should be penalized for crazy people wanting to do mass shootings. All of these items aren’t evil but how they used may be. If criminals and mass shooters have this stuff, I want it to be able to protect my surroundings if something happens. It’s only fair to balance the scale.

When I was in the Army, I was issued 30 round magazines (and know other guys had drum mags for their M4’s). So as far as I am concerned those are standard capacity… I guess a 10,000 round drum might be a ‘large capacity’ but anything that that is issued to the military is STANDARD CAPACITY.

You said the ATF “withdrew their legislation”. Make no mistake, The ATF does not create legislation in the first place, Only Congress writes legislation. The ATF should not have the authority to simply redefine something, and make it the law. That’s like the CDC making laws, they give guidance. “Recommendations” to use the CDC’s word. That being said, great video!

In prison, if the inmates don't like a certain corrections officer they can get him removed fairly easily. All they have to do is be defiant and unruly on his shifts and the higher ups will see that he has no control over his inmates and they'll remove him. This isn't quite the same as the atf of course but the concept is interchangeable throughout many different scenarios. If an authority has no control over it's subordinates it's no more an authority than those subordinates. The cartels have a strategy when smuggling drugs. They flood the border with as many mules as possible because the odds of product getting through increase exponentially the more they push. It's the concept of you can't catch em all.
The more people who defy the unconstitutional atf the less power they have it's just a fact. They literally can't stop a people from doing something unless those people allow themselves to be stopped. If they put laws in place that violate our rights it's because we've allowed them to. Remember, the 1% at the top, are the biggest minority. Regardless of how much money they have.

You're right; ATF doesn't "legislate", but to avoid doing their job, Congress created agencies that make "administrative laws". We, the people, need to reign in Congress. The Founding Fathers, knowing Congress would not surrender power, provided in Article 5, that The States could call a constitutional convention.
Look up: Convention of States. Sign the petition. (South Carolina has already passed a resolution.)

Thanks for getting the word out! I live in California where ALL of these are ALREADY banned. State law prohibits suppressors, short barreled rifles/shotguns and full auto guns unless - and this is the funny/ironic part - UNLESS they're used in the production of motion pictures! And of course AR's generally were banned in 1994 (except for what are termed "featureless" rifles) and required registration ($25 fee and a full set of fingerprints sent to DOJ along w/application) in order to keep the ones you had (grandfathered). Magazines holding more than 10 rounds are also illegal although a recent court decision overturned this, but the state is appealing this to federal court. The "assault weapon" law was also recently overturned by the same judge as well so we are waiting to see how this all shakes out. In the meantime the laws are still in place and being enforced.
80% guns are next, the state legislature has several bills in committee and I expect that they'll pass something banning them this year. State government here is almost solely democrats and our governor is just a rubber stamp for ANYTHING these boobs write in the way of legislation.
Our hope is that the the state's AR and magazine law appeals are denied by the Ninth Circuit Federal Court, historically very liberal but does have some new members appointed by Pres. Trump. If the Ninth reverses/upholds the ban the plaintiffs in the case have said they will appeal to the US Supreme Court where we may actually have a decent chance of prevailing.

In Canada, maximum mag capacity in any sem-auto rifle is 5 rounds. Max for pistols is 10. Anything else is up to 5 years in jail if caught with it. And they do prosecute. It didn't use to be that way. Prior to the 1995 re-write of our firearms legislation, there were no maximums. And virtually no banned firearms. Way different now. Of course, we have nothing like the 2nd that guarentees any ownership of firearms, so anything we are allowed is a "gift".

Which is another item of concern for both the nation-wide concealed carry legislation and the current DemonRat plot to eliminate private transfers. Both of those require a Fed list of all firearms to work. Even in states such as Texas.

The 2nd only refers to the vague term "arms". The states (i.e. elected government) are free to define what is considered an "arms" under the 2nd. Suppressors and higher capacity magazines are not. Neither is ammo. Not all "arms" are covered under the 2nd. If that were the case, you should legally be allowed to own (and carry around) shoulder-fired rocket launchers, active hand grenades, full-auto rifles, etc. The government and police can - but you can not. Government are free to set the definiation of what is considered an "arm" that the public can own. Yes the 2nd originally meant that people should be able to own whatever arms the government can own; but technology advancements blew that away a long, long time ago. This has been accepeted for years and is settled law. Basically, legally, the government could limit you to what the founding fathers originally did; single-shot, muzzle-loading muskets.

Dead air makes great stuff. I am fairly new to suppressors. What i have learned is first, buy for what you will never need. Just because you dont own anything larger than 9mm buy what will handle. 45/70. Second plan on buying two, one that is welded and one you can take apart. The one you can take apart needs to be in .45 cal. To suppress rimfire you must be able to take it apart. Third consideration of mounting options is critical. Some suppressors will interchange like rugged and silencerco. Dead air may interchange with others. I wouldnt buy from a kiosk until i spoke with a reputable dealer who can advise you and be there after the sale.

All these are important but here's the way I see it. I have several firearms that I may or may not have lost in a boating accident. 3-5 loaded mags for each and plenty of ammo to load them up many more times. I'd LOVE to have more but if that's not enough ammo to get me through a fubar situation I'll likely be dead and won't NEED more than what I have. I've turned my focus to food and water stocks, and my extra money goes to gardening and fixing up my truck to be ready for whatever. If I find a good ammo deal I'll bite, but otherwise I'm good enough there to allow for my focus to be redirected elsewhere.

Total control and completely disarming you is their thing, by hook and by crook. This is how I describe commies like kiddie sniffer in chief and his cronies:

He has been arrested and he is in the police station with the incredulous police psychiatrist describing the Terminator and it's mission to destroy Sarah Connor, much like the commie convention want to destroy your second amendment.
"He will find her and kill her. It's what he does! It's all he does! And he Will.NOT. STOP!"

They look scary let's ban them. The 1993 assault weapons ban was based on how the weapons looked. Not how they perform. It's not about guns its about power and control over the individual Citizen. Shooting standard 223 it is still quite loud. Ear protection still required and I was expecting it to be quieter. Apparently it's the sound barrier being broken that causes the loud noise. Unavoidable. Unless you get 300 black out set up (different barrel) and sub sonic ammo. With that set up and the Trash Panda it makes no sound at all. Like in the movies. Just a plink. Good stuff.

High capacity only refers to magazines that hold more rounds than what the factory gun's magazine capacity is. If you're gun ships with a 30 and you buy a 30rd mag it is standard capacity. If it ships with a 30 and you buy a 40, 50, 60, etc it is high capacity. Thunder Beast Suppressors are the shit! I use them on my bolt gun. Extremely accurate. You will get a POI change from non-suppressed vs suppressed; as with any suppressor because of barrel harmonics and added weight to the barrel whether free-floated or not. However, once attached this is the most accurate suppressor I have used with consistent repeatability, even with taking it on and off. Also, if you want a more tacticool suppressor, go with a Surefire SOCOM. I have used several different models and I like them when it comes to SBR's. The SOCOM mini is fantastic because of length and flash suppression in low-light/no-light situations. I have no experience with the sandman, nor do I know anyone with one; therefore if you get one, please do a complete review on it as I would like to see it's capabilities. Thanks!

(If you’re looking for an AR15 style rifle) select 223/556 or 223 Wylde, they are the most common caliber rifles. Basically a 22 caliber high velocity round.
      Top Tier AR-15 Manufacturers
These are our perceived top quality manufacturers who don’t cut corners and can produce near 100% reliable guns (or they have an awesome marketing budget).
If you’re looking for the best service grade (mil-spec) AR for self or home defense, we recommend going with one of these top tier companies who stand behind their product.
      Bravo Company (BCM)
      Daniel Defense (DD)
      Larue
      Lewis Machine & Tool (LMT)
      Noveske
      Rainier Arms
      Yankee Hill Machine
      Mid Tier Manufacturers
These are great guns that might start out range plinking guns until they’ve proven themselves. We recommend putting at least 1000 rounds through with varying conditions, ammo, and magazines before you trust a gun with your life.
The below is not an exhaustive list, especially with all the builders out there.
      Anderson
      Aero Precision
      FNH
      Palmetto State Armory (PSA)
      Ruger
      Sig Sauer
      Smith & Wesson
      Budget Manufacturers
Nothing wrong with these guns either, they are great starter AR’s because of their affordability and are perfectly capable of being reliable. Just test them out first.
      Delton
      Olympic
      Rock River Arms (RRA)
      Stag
      Price
For a top tier, expect to pay $1300-1800 for a complete rifle, while mid tiers can start around $900. Intro AR-15s are attainable for under $500 now thanks to Palmetto State Armory.
Remember, you’re paying for quality of materials, quality control, and R&D. Ok…and probably marketing too.
Hand guns (9mm, 40cal, 45cal) try before you buy. See if your local gun shop with a range will rent you a similar gun to try while there.
      Smith & Wesson M&P
      CZ P series
      Sig Sauer
      Glock 17/19 5th gen MOS
I would suggest a gun with a built in optic cut for a mini red dot reflex sight.

There are also compatibility differences between Gen 2 and 3 Pmags. IIRC, Gen 3 is supposed to work better with HK and Tavor rifles, among others.

Definitely go with the sandman S, I love mine, and it's the best for running under a handguard because of the quick detach.

All of my ARs are builds and technically "Ghost Guns" because they're all 80% lowers.
I live in a State with Cap Restrictions but Mags purchased before the Ban are grandfathered in. This is why every PMag I own is Gen 2. Gen 3 was introduced after the restriction went into effect. I live an hour from the State line, and travel there to buy mags, but always Gen 2s in case the Gestapo shows up.
I don't own suppressors, because I refuse to pay the Unconstitutional "Mother May I" bullschit that owning an NFA item requires. The NFA needs repealed, period (along with all Antigun Legislation).
