As it turns out I found out the issue. It was in the Steering column behind the clock Spring. I will Post a video on it soon.

2000 - 2005 impalas had same problem.

Seems to be the yoke shaft that's bolted on the rack and pinion that's bad. Going to buy one if mine is actually bad.

My f250 had slop. On the power steering box is a bolt and Allen key to move the gears closer together and take the slop out. Maybe it's work with yours if it has it

Cars will have steer by wire soon. No more mechanical parts like that.
