Being a call center agent is quiet tough and I know how hard the training is. I decided to share my experience to those people who are planning to apply as a customer representative, whose scheduled for their training already, and to those people who are quite curious with our job.

Na nostalgia ako sobra 3 years ako call centre agent sa Manila bago ako lumipad pa Australia. I'm praying ma hire ako ng Australian company na may call centre sa Pinas na in house dyan.
Bigla ako kinabahan. Di ako ganon ka fluent sa english & training ko na tom. Sana kayanin at wag materminate 🥺

Sabi nila nakaka stress daw sa BPO industry pero sa nakita ko sayo parang hindi. Mas na glow ka mula ng vlog mo about sa a day in a day in a life of a CC to Cc journey exp mo😅 By the way yung mga vlogs nayun is babauinin ko sa training ko bilang career shifter from cruise line to cc habang pandemic. Thanks for sharing the exp.

naging supplier kami ng computers sa alorica sa ortigas center , stress na stress mga call center agent kami din nag set up ng mga computers, sabay kami sa night shift at masakit sa ulo kapag gabi ang work

Maam ask lang po. Nag apply din ako sa alorica actually nag antay nalang po ako ng tawag for training. Nakalimutan ko kasi name ng account which is related po sa mga food delivery services like Food panda maam mga ganun anu po specific na tawag sa account na yun maam nakalimutan ko kasi sa sobrang kaba ko sa interview . Sa alorica po ba may online application and virtual training? From isabela pa po kasi ako huhu
Yung application po pwede online and then tatawagab ka nila sa phoen number na pinrovide mo. Pero sa training need po sa site talaga.
Hi i have a question 😊. After you pass the final interview and the interviewer said na "wait a call from the company" matagal ba talaga bago matawagan?. And lubusin kuna din ahehe ano next step if matawagan salamat sa sagot worried lang kasi ako bakit ang tagal. Have a nice day Godblessed
Usually kapag ganun beh, hindi ka pasado. Kase if pasado ka, they'll inform you right after the call. So habang nagwewait ka ng callback or if icacallback ka pa talaga nila, much better magapply ka na sa iba.
Usually after final interview, medical agad then requirements😊
Same tayo situation they didn't tell me right away If I passed the final interview but they called me days after the interview and telling that I passed and my orienatation was sched later 9 pm. Be patient, wait for the call bb. Good luck

I'm incoming grade 12 po kase this yr and I'm already 18 yrs old ano po kayang maganda sabihin na educational attainment po? Undergrad of shs?

I highly suggest tapusin niyo po muna senior high school. Kasali po yan sa qualifications nila.

Hindi po. Kahit hanggang ngayon, hindi pa din po ako fluent hehez.
