Keep in mind that showing people/animals relieving themselves is a TOS violation, but with Andrew's stellar record and obvious history, worst thing that could happen is the video disappears, courtesy of the ContentID Gods.
If he ever got a strike for it, again with his record, I'm 99.99999% sure he'll go 6 months without incident: the time required for good standing after a strike, to have any removed from your record.
