Is this like a rocker switch where you touch the top for on and the bottom for off? Or is this a touch-anywhere switch? Or just touch the bottom for both on and off? I don't like the idea of just touching the bottom for both on and off; it seems counterintuitive with years of habit when walking in a room and just absentmindedly 'up is on, down is off'. I don't want to reprogram everyone (including me) to touch the bottom for both on and off. Also, when touching the switch for on or off, what happens if one inadvertently touches the center dimmer line?
it's primary hit the bottom, but unless you touch right at the top, it should turn on and off. the challenge with this one is that often, when I don't hit right at the bottom, it turns on, but then dims to where I touched. the dimmer part is really sensitive. I like the look of this one, but sometimes the version with the +/- at the top is better (we have both in the house).
This dimmer sucks, it's almost impossible to turn the switch on without fully dimming down the light at the same time. And on smart life when you move the dimming slider it has an annoying beep beep beep, for every % it moves.

How do you like then over time? They do seem to flicker a bit like a florescent when you adjust.
