People are all about dermal fillers in their lips, cheeks, and jawline - but often it's the other areas of the face that can sometimes make the biggest difference.
As we age we lose volume across the face, and replacing it subtly is often the secret to looking fresher and brighter.

My name is Dr Sarah Tonks, and I'm an aesthetic physician based in Knightsbridge, London. I have degrees in both medicine and dentistry, and diplomas in cosmetic science and dermatology (I've got a bit of an education addiction🤓) and have been practicing medical aesthetics for over 10 years. I'm sorry she was more beautiful before! Only thing she could maybe do (if she wants) is make her nose more symmetric.

I like the eye area better in the after, but I liked her cheeks and chin better "before." Also, her lower lip looks a bit off in the after. I mean, she looks great still but...you asked us to tell you what we think!
Honestly she looked better before. She took away from her looks. I thought she was going to ADD ENHANCE BRING OUT more beauty
It's a lovely natural looking improvement. Wish I could afford it as my chin is a little weak too. Looked at your prices and it's just too expensive for me. £600 starting cost for a filler which may only last year is not affordable for the average woman.
She shouldn’t of done filler on the temples and cheeks. That made her look worse.

I too prefered the before picture. Somehow she looks a bit tired now and less natural. The lip looks asymmetrical.

Awesome improvements! Love the chin. Chin is my favourite filler place, for great results quite a few milliliters of the product are necessary. What was your product of choice for the chin? - VOLUMA? What about the brows? - VOLBELLA? VOLIFT? Keep up with great and informative videos.
larnacaLCA hello! For chin I use Voluma or Volift depending on the person, and for the brows either Volbella or Volift depending on the person

She looks way better after im not sure what everyones talking about especially the eyebrow lift that was just a game changer, the only thing i didnt like was the roundness around her face that was added it made her face looking bigger which translates to more masculine to me

Sally Smith yeah, tough case. I can’t remember if I said it in the video but I had to dissolve her old lip filler and this is a bit of a weird thing because sometimes you can get these pockets of space inside the lip. Sometimes these are naturally occurring and sometimes artificial. So when you refill the lips you can get filler collecting inside these pockets which makes it tricky. Anyway I’d rather show the result than not, she totally loved them. Think it’s important to show average results as well as stellar ones as it’s more realistic
Dr Tonks: You mention Phi. Could you do a video all about Phi? And examples of celebrities why their various facial features are Phi?
Perhaps more down time in this case would have shown a better result? Like you mentioned it can be tough to "like" the after photo more when the patient already looks great.

jozelle Hauiti yes you can put Botox to stop the nostril flare and you can put fillers next to the nose to hold in the flare a little when smiling. You can also put Botox under the nose to prevent it dipping down when smiling
