My Guy! 🤩 The Mushroom, Jackfruit &Thyme Bourguignon was SOOOOO good!!! My husband loved this recipe and felt very satisfied (even though he normally still feels like lunch and dinner should include slabs of dead body parts). He is a tough customer, indeed, but he kept saying between bites, “this is delicious!” He even went back for more, even though it’s a filling dish. He just enjoyed the taste, that much. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Your recipes have never let me down… ever!

We’ve just made the cabbage and chickpea stew (bit of a cheat on the ol’ 1 pan thing…) and although I didn’t have great expectations for it, it was really delicious. It was even better the following day when the flavours had time to develop. One thing we did differently was to chop the cabbage into thirds just prior to serving, it just made it easier to eat. Served up with tricolour quinoa it was amazing!
We’ll be making this a lot more over the winter. Thanks guys!

The Polenta, only because I have not had polenta for a few years. I used to have large fried polenta circles dished over a lovely basil tomato sauce.
    Both dishes look amazing.

Sorry to hog the comments. I have just eaten my bash at the cabbage curry and this is a keeper recipe guys.
Cabbage is hard to make interesting. This is DELICIOUS. I did not have leeks so used a big onion instead. I can believe a leek will make this even nicer.
I used the sweet heart cabbage which has a massive nubb. I did not eat are we supposed to?
But the sauce is beautiful and I think the only way to cook a savoy cabbage from now on.
I have decided to buy parental tomorrow to do the mushroom recipe properly.

Both dishes look Yummy. I think if I knew where to buy Palenta I definitely would make it. , I want to ask a Question about the amount of Oil you use for instance in the Chic meas. when you blend then up to make …em em em I can’t think of the name of it. You used a lot of oil is this counter productive to somebody that is trying to loose weight. You said that we can eat as much of this as we like ?. AM I misunderstanding . Also how long will it last in the fridge. ?.
How do we know the calorie count in the food. I Love the look of everything. I will make it . I am getting a new blender to day so it will be all systems go .
I nlook forward to finding out where to get Palenta & the other Ingreadients. If I knew I could stock up once a week / month on Ingreadients that up until now we’re strange to us. Thank you again .
I Love the Look of your Food
Is it better to use full fat Coconut Milk. Again I think about Cholosteral & Calories
    Thank you
    Kind Regards.

Looks warm and comforting. What brand/type of pan do you use to cook veg in? It seems to work equally well with oil or oil free. I'd like to get one excellent pan rather than keep buying ones that stick and get ruined. Save money in the long run.

So ridiculous that you say the leeks are cut into 1cm sections and then go on to say the oil is a half tablespoon. Can you and other Irish and UK cooking shows please stick to one measurement system. If you later say your brother went a few miles down the road to get a few hundred grams of some sort of veg I swear I'll stop watching your videos.
