It sounds crazy, but since these people don't train to failure and many of them are using PEDs or testosterone, which help to minimize the negative effects of over-exercise (especially by mitigating the effects of cortisol), you can understand such irrational conclusions. It's no wonder that there are scientific studies with lifters performing more than 50 sets per week... Another great videos! Hope you keep posting those concepts videos and the workout vlogs too!.
@@AndreLeitedaSilvaGaldino Well THAT remains the problem. Gullibe newbies don't realize these people training 6 days a week are juicing. It's what keeps the volume lie alive. A natural training like that wouldnt get very far.
Yeah. The other definition of overtraining would be doing any more training than necessary to achieve a maximal stimulus. Which most people commit that all the time
Tell that to an untrained person who gets rhabdo in one workout. I saw a woman on instagram who got it in her arms from doing 10 sets of 5 pull-ups 🤷♂️

You can do 200 sets a week just NOT on the SAME muscle group.....
Its a lost cause trying to tell most they are overtraining. Until thet are ready to listen. Most neverwill.

Absolutely. I saw someone in the gym once. Do 6 sets of 8 for the bench press with 135lbs. Never going to failure.
Rhabdo is extremely rare and every time it happens it makes national news. It is EXTREMELY hard to over train.

Really there’s two definitions of overtraining. I will clarify more in my next video on this topic
Unless you dont know your body then stupidity wins every time
@@Coach____Cam ...okay...At that point people just shouldn't workout.
You CAN over train but typically its because you dont know your body........... Itll let you know
2 days weight training bruh
Does that mean train the whole body on those 2 days?
@@Wbrundog Yes!!! It's insane but I am feeling phenomenal
