I totally understand the wallpaper!!! My backsplash paper I feel in ❤ w/25+ yrs ago!!! This year, hubby offered me new countertops! They needed replaced. Couldn't find the paper anywhere. I was distraught!! Hubby did an EXCELLENT job on the new counter/backsplash install!!! He totally saved my paper!!! HES THE BESTEST
So wonderful to see humans and animals living together and co existing in naturally peaceful surroundings ..Just to appreciate as to how it should be.. Thank so much for sharing part of your day with us , your viewing public .. x ❤
Linda, thank you for another enjoyable video. I always look forward to them. Your content, filming, and music selections are peaceful and inspirational. I like how you include your pets, Willow and Gus, in your activities. God bless your "Kindred Spirit", Robert.
The chicks are too cute for school. I agree, the second place setting was "more you". Garden therapy is the best therapy in my book. Thank you for bringing us into your lovely home and sharing your creations!
I cracked up when u talked about NOT following trends…. Me too I’m the opposite of trends. This is my kind of shopping! What a haul. God bless Linda! John 3:16
I look forward to your videos every week Linda! What great finds you got! I agree with you about the second table setting, perfect for your home. Loved Willow running to you during your nighttime walk. Have a great week!! 💗
I like seeing the beautiful wood of your table. Great idea for use of the garden flag. Have a good visit with the kids. Thank you for sharing.. See you next time.
Loved watching the process you go through planning your table settings. The flag idea is a great one! I would love to hear your thrifting suggestions. I hope the week ahead is a good one for you!
Linda I sooo enjoyed spending this time with you !! Loved everything about this video. Really appreciate how you think out of the box as you said, I will try to do this as I shop. How lovely to have a window seat to sit with your coffee and enjoy the blessings of nature !! Thank you Linda and have an enjoyable week .
Hi, I've been away for awhile due to illness but I'm back now & thrilled to see you are still living. You are my therapy, I sit in my window seat with a cup of tea & watch your VLOG . So please keep it up. And more shopping please! LOL😊
Love creating a world I call my peaceful moments. Beautiful cat. Love building my Pyrex. I don’t like trends I do me. Video, just in time I have been going through my Easter decore likes and dislikes. I will make them chick eggs, show video again please! sweet Linda.
My husband found a set of blue and white Staffordshire dogs for me for my birthday several years ago. They move from mantle to China cabinet, depending on season. I really like them!
Good morning Linda. I need to get outside to trim also. It's been raining the last couple days but at least the weeds will pull easy. I love Staffordshire dogs. I inherited mine from my grandma, who came over from England, but there are no markings on the bottom. They are a little smaller than yours & are dark in color...greens, blue & tan. They have been in my life since I was a little girl as grandma lived with us. Look them up, they have a fascinating history.
It did make me laugh Linda when you were talking about adopting the two Staffordshire dogs & Willow jumped down from her seat & came over to you as if to say ‘O yeah Mom’… Great video.
Honestly, Linda, I cannot imagine you, Ben, and Willow living anywhere but Sugarwood. Loved seeing the three of you in the woods and the deer captured by the camera. Such a special place to live and share with family. ❤
Linda, it’s ALWAYS so wonderful to live in your world for a little while. Such beauty surrounds you in your home and property and I appreciate so much that you share it with us. I always think how wonderful it would be to sit and have coffee with you. God Bless you and yours.❤
Willow is my favorite. She is fun to watch. Looking forward to your finished Easter table. Your property is beautiful and so peaceful with the deer. Looking forward to Spring blossoms and gardening. 😊
🇬🇧 I wanted to say that in the UK we call all the counties which end in shire, ‘sher’. Oxfordshire, Cheshire, Devonshire etc. we only ever say shire if we’re referring to ‘The Shires’ collectively. Love that bee wallpaper, Farrow and ball make a pretty bee paper but without the trellis pattern, I’m excited to see where you use yours.
Good morning Linda thank you again to make my day love all your content in you tube have a blessed day Sunday from my home to yours ❤ from texas well wishes !!!
Did my things that needed cutting down… roses, hydrangeas, clematis, crêpe myrtle…. all that needs to be done in March where I live. You can’t weed and mulch until April and then after Mother’s Day you can plant new things…. Frost period is over. Glad that I can do a little bit each month. It can become overwhelming in your head and on your body. Lol and of course, your pocketbook. 😮
Good afternoon Linda, I was surprised when you said you are doing Peter Rabbit. I have already started my Peter Rabbit theme. It started with ribbon. I am looking for a particular copy of the Tale of Peter Rabbit. I found thrifting this week salt and pepper shakers They are shaped like eggs with rabbits on them. The cat is so pretty. It was delightful to see the deer. Thank you for the video. As always, a huge for Willow.
right on cue Willow comes barreling through the woods, As a new immigrant to Canada many years ago, I was ecstatic to find deer all sitting outside on the deck, that excitement was extremely short lived, when I realized what they ate. I now have plastic forks planted in my garden for Spring like a true Canadian
First of all I loved Willow rolling around in the snow. So cute. I’m longing for Spring. It’s been such a dreary day here in Virginia. Rain and winds 20 miles an hour. I liked the idea of using the garden flags as placemats. I just wouldn’t have thought about using them that way. They would also make a nice favor for guests to take home.
Yes, I can never forget your $25 grand father clock. It’s love-envy. What a wonderful concept of a thrift shop within an assisted living community. Really great video. Loved Gus. Hubby and I have rescued many Guses over the years. 😊😊😊 Great Haul, by the way.
Good Evening Linda, Enjoyed your video tonight. Loved your tablescapes. You and your Ben are so right the second one is YOU! Stay your authentic self and your won't go wrong and will maintain continued success. I love the decor and style of New England Colonial. Alas, living in Georgia, even though it is one the original thirteen colonies, the decor has that "Southern Vibe". It just looks more in tune with the area to go with more "genteel" decor. Which I love too! Can't wait to see what boxes you will come up with next. Best Regards, from ❤from Georgia!
Oh it feels so good to go work in the garden. I’m in Iowa and we had a record setter 78 degrees out a few days ago, it was windy but oh so nice to do a few yard/garden chores.
Loved the garden flag idea. Nice thrifting with mom. Mine is 90 and hasn't been able this past year to go with me. My sister isn't fond of thrifting and old things😢, so I end up by myself. I have met some of the vendors at the antique mall. I walk there in the winter. They usually like to chat a bit. I tend to agree with Ben on the mustaches. I know people love those dogs but I've never wanted to bring them home. But that's why there are so many different things -so we can all find things we love. And who doesn't love a walk at night. Have fun with your egg tree. I love that HL carries items more than one season-helpful if you want more. I have the same ones. Enjoy your day.
@@newenglandfineliving I hope she recovers soon. Mine did a face plant on the concrete from the top of the basement steps ! I can't believe it- she didn't break one bone but her face was terribly bruised. She wasn't supposed to be going down the stairs!!😡 She's tough. We really have to spend as much time with them as we can.
Linda, I loved your video especially the second table setting. That was more your style. Very classy. I have to say my very favorite part of the video was the walk and seeing the video cam results. Sounds silly but I got tears just watching the deer walking around at night and hearing the crunching of the hoves crunching the ground. Watching them is so awesome and beautiful. I sit at my kitchen table or my k. Window and watch the deer on my property , when I get the chance. Before my 2 G.S. I had the deer almost up to my patio. Thanks for sharing.❤
The thrift store idea is really great. People moving into assisted-living are downsizing. What a fabulous way for them to do so and maybe make a wee bit of money very clever, I love that.
I remember that wall paper, I love it , Those finds are wonderful Even the dogs , Willow was having fun outside I love the flag placemat idea I love those grass ones I haven't seen them around Beautiful deer , Texas are full of them Happy Sunday Love your mother's walker So sweet
Linda, sometimes I think you're to hard on yourself! You are such a lovely sweet person! Recently I went back and re-watched all your old episodes so enjoyable so relaxing!
Linda, you're veritably percolating with energy and delightful ideas and creativity! I was a little dismayed that you and Ben discarded the lovely tablecloth you tried out but you're right - the place mats really are much more "you" and by that I mean wonderfully fresh and innovative. Enjoyed it! Thanks!
Agree with you,the first tablescape was too much ,not a fan of the grass, but the second attempt was lovely. With most things simple is better and again you can't go wrong with white, black, cream, light gray , blues and greens. Willow is a sweet pup🐾🐾
Hi Linda.... what a good idea in using those little flags as placemats. I love to do tablescapes and I love that you think out of the box when it comes to decor.... So glad that you were able to find your Bee wallpaper. It's very pretty and very classic and I think will be in style for years to come. Willow just gets cuter and cuter and I love to see her jumping and rolling around in the snow. Of course, everyone I know is dying to get their hands in the dirt and to start gardening!! Until next week....thanks for all that you do for all of us!🌺
Isn't it FUN to start decorating for Easter! What great additions for the table. Love the camara that films the deer and natural wildlife at Sugarwood.
Thank you for another wonderfully inspiring video, Linda. We've been able to get out in the yard and gardens for a few weeks now here in north Texas. Just a lift to the soul. I am coveting those dogs, lol. Mustache or not, they are perfect. I loved your last tablescape and would love for you to share more crafting, gardening and thrifting with us. If you have to cook, share that too, lol. xoxTXDeb
Hi Linda! Thank you for another great segment. Getting outside to garden is definitely therapy for me. Love your thrifting finds and look forward to any tips you can provide. Pretty table settings have always been a pleasure for me to create and yours is lovely! The nighttime adventure with Willow and Ben was fun! The photos of the deer were remarkable. So enjoy that you share so many parts of your life…thank you!
Linda, I thought of you today. My husband and I moved to Maine not long ago and I was determined to find where Martha Stewart lives. And we found it today. I was so excited and I couldn't help but think of you. Oh, and that Bittersweet is beyond invasive!
So creative! Love the flags for placemats. I understand taming your inner thoughts and gardening seems to be my savor as I can see it yours as well. It is hard to quite a creative mind sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day and other days there are too many hours. ❤️Willow in the snow.
Those Staffordshire pups ould look nice on the side table you have in your living room, the one with larve picture over it..or on different places on your living room bookshelves. They don’t have to always be together.
What a wonderful evening walk with Willow, she is so happy being outside. I love the wildlife, I can’t imagine having such a beautiful property and sharing it with them. How amazing. ❤
I think this time of year makes us all feel unsettled. I am itching to be outside digging and dreaming of what the garden will look like. While I love the different seasons, and decorating for them, but spring and fall are my absolute favorites. Looking forward to your thrifting suggestions, Linda. Until next vlog, have a lovely week.
I see you have traces of snow on the ground! Here in Minnesota, north of the twin cities,it’s 64 degrees today,no snow all Winter! It’s like living through 6 months of November this year. I find that ,I really missed a Winter of snow covered garden. Love the Staff. Dogs set. I have wanted a set for years, but, never knew where I’d place them.I prefer the black/ cream ones. I think the Staff. Dogs are just Too white for your home! 🥹
Still watching this video BUT how wonderful that the assisted living has a thrift store for residence & family's only. I have a aunt in a assisted living in Indiana & I know she would love if she had a thrift store to go to. It just sounds like such a thoughtful idea.
Hello Linda and as always I have enjoyed once again this video and ideas you have shared.. Willow I just love her.. Again thank you and I know your looking forward to your family this weekend.. Until next time..
Linda… this video was so enjoyable to watch. You share little snippets of so many different things that makes you stand out from the others. Not to mention how much we learn from you…. Love your channel!❤
Jammies and hot coffee r so essential for calm and peace at the beginning of a beautiful and inspiring day, not to mention journali g ur thoughts. Have a prosperous day.
Oh my goodness!!!! First up isn’t it great to get out to the garden!! And willow was in rare form. Love your sweet mom’s walker. Love the dogs you got. I think they have a forever home! I was so excited to see the new wallpaper. I love it!!! I simply love your home. I look forward to your videos. Happy gardening!!! Oh and I think I’m in love with sweet Gus!!
I would also love to see how you made the deviled chicks! Enjoyed the video. I'm currently decorating and trying to freshen up my home. It's interesting how we can like something but still has to feel like us- As you mentioned regarding the cute bunny tablecloth. I figure I can return something if it doesn't fit in. Sometimes you just have to try.
A little bit of everything - thank you!! I completely understand your need for outside right about now! I'm in the Chicago area and we are in the low 70's which is crazy! I am jealous of your snow! I'm not done with nesting yet! I love your finds and those egg trees! Can't wait for your next installment, Linda! Take care! Nancy
Linda, greetings from our 121-acre haven in the enchanting Mt. Ashland, Oregon forest, where a serene blanket of over 10 feet of snow graces our landscape. At 62, the beauty around is spectacular ( winter wonderland), yet the years bring a growing challenge to keep moving. My dear Aunt, also known as Mama, resides in New Hampshire, filling the void since I lost my own mother. Your video has been a comforting balm, alleviating some of the anxiety that has weighed on me. Now, I'm busy crafting your navy bean soup - a delightful distraction! Thank you so much 🙋🏻♀️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😔
For me, garden therapy usually ends up being the expensive kind of therapy 😂😅
Oh my gosh! for me too! LOL
Lol me too
Watching Willow rolling in the snow! What can be more sweet!
She loves to do it and as it melts, I worry she will want to start doing it in the mud LOL

Willow is such a good girl. I love seeing her in your videos. Wouldn't it be fun if your camera had captured a film of big foot?
Yikes! LOL I have already wondered what if it catches the man ghost I saw when we first moved in while walking in the woods. LOL

It was delightful to see the deer. Thank you for the video. As always, a huge for Willow.
Oh yes, please show us your recipe for those adorable little chick deviled eggs. I would love to make them for the family this year.
Willow rolling around in the snow is the highlight for me! So cute!
My favorite table setting was without the tablecloth too.
right on cue Willow comes barreling through the woods,
As a new immigrant to Canada many years ago, I was ecstatic to find deer all sitting outside on the deck, that excitement was extremely short lived, when I realized what they ate.
I now have plastic forks planted in my garden for Spring like a true Canadian
When I woke up this morning and I realized that it was Sunday…. I went to get my iPad to see if you had posted yet. ❤😂

Lovely Linda❤❤❤❤
I have bittersweet on a wrought iron trellis between my garage doors, i have to trim it twice a year.
Willow is having the time of his life. He is adorable, Linda.
Great finds..or should I saw steals❤ YES to the deviled eggs ..so cute.

I could not stop picturing your Staffordshire dogs with bunny ears! They would fit right in with your Easter decor.
Oh it feels so good to go work in the garden. I’m in Iowa and we had a record setter 78 degrees out a few days ago, it was windy but oh so nice to do a few yard/garden chores.
Bittersweet is like Honey Suckle in our area, invasive ....east coast but not New Hampshire

Sweet Willow ❤ I love your ideas for the spring decorations. Interesting that Ben knew that tablescape wasn’t “you” before you knew 🙃🥸❤️
Linda--Yes, to showing how you made the eggs with little faces! So cute!
Take care! Nancy
The second table setting is lovely. Ben is right, the first one did not look like you!
Thank you so much 🙋🏻♀️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😔
I'm so glad you are enjoy the videos and how nice you have an aunt here in New Hampshire! 10' of snow! it must be beautiful. Enjoy the recipe!
