  • I am so excited to finally share with you our experience at @hardtruthspirits in Brown County Indiana. Back in February we had the opportunity to visit Hard Truth Distilling Co. and meet with Partner and Master Distiller Bryan Smith and Partner and Chief Taster Tim O’Bryan to discuss their award winning Sweet Mash Rye, their unique and first to market barrel smoked bourbon, and of course the Hard Truth Experience designed to provide guest with opportunity’s that will make for a wonderful weekend getaway. A special thanks to Lindsey Hook for getting us together and Bryan Smith, Tim O’Bryan and Gerry Lynch for their wonderful hospitality and time. Stay tuned as we will be releasing additional spots where we spend some time with Tim O’Bryan sipping and discussing their product line.

Yes, the beers where actually Tim's creation as he was the Master Brewer when he partnered with them. Excellent beer.

Very interesting as I hear, they are up there in 2023 with a few Bourbon Review channels. Could I see these bottles in the UK one day?

Thank you. Yes! For a new distillery they have really created an experience that puts the bigger distilleries in a position to up their game to compete. The product is just very good and has its own footprint in the Rye whiskey category. They are close to 25 state's and the bahamas. They said at this time they wont be able to get it to the UK due to demand and still working on the remaining state's.
