Also by the mother subjecting the child to medical test that are totally unnecessary.
All the time I’ve watched this episode this is classic spiteful “he doesn’t want me so he won’t have anyone or our kid”

We are fighting for 50-50 as the default. If there is cause then that can be changed. Dads have to fight to get to 50-50
Children in custody of solely their father outperform those in custody solely of their mother. Even without his new wife the child needed to be with him. Single mothers ruin children.

Hah! Family courts are absolutely useless. You can deny visitation and make false allegations and nothing happens. The system is useless.

This is why you never skimp on a lawyer when getting divorced. I out spent my wife almost $4-$1 and it was well worth it. I even managed to get a one time alimony payment out of her as well as half of everything.
This crazy got pregnant on purpose. They weren't together at all apparently after she was born. Then she refuses court ordered visitations & refused to allow the child to go to her father's wedding bc she is trying to trap him the entire time. He said she got pregnant in the few days they spent time together & she wanted to move in with him states away after a few days & he had trouble making her leave.This was a trap from day 1 to be in his life.
He also said that one night they didn’t take precautions, it takes two to tango. But she’s batshit. Wrap it before you tap it, folks!!
I can't understand why anyone would go on a nationally syndicated show & expose ones personal life. It should be done in grievance counciling or court.

She’s the reason why, giving the mother custody, isn’t always a good thing.
They need to get on the same page for their daughter. Co-parenting isn't easy especially if the parent's no longer get along. They both need to put "their" differences asides.
Seems he tried but she was on a custody rampage. Undocumented claims of abuse, fear of life, child neglect. I'm not talking hearsay "proof" (police reports, ROs etc) I'm talking physical proof by police and medical.
And what children need is for their parents to be stable before they're born, and not selfish after. Too many people selfishly pursue "happiness" instead of giving happiness to others

How did this end
Overwhelming evidence that she was trying to manipulate the situation leading to the court deciding to give full custody to the father due to the mother's inability to allow the daughter to have a healthy relationship with both her bioparents free from maternal interference. Basically they caught her lies and her using her daughter as a weapon, acting in her own best interests rather than the child's and having unnecessary medical procedures done to try to establish the father as inadequate/ refusing visitation without good cause. Mother sulked and refused to accept her part in losing custody of her child.
