It's very alarming to me how the mother seems dissapointed that Dr. Phil mentions through professional analyzing that her daughter was NOT abused. What mother would really want for their child be traumatized by anyone, especially their own father. This whole situation is very unsettling.
That’s not even it. She KNOWS her daughter wasn’t abused. She’s upset because she’s been caught in a serious lie, and there’s nothing to support her claims. She wants full custody and to pit that child against her father because she’s still bitter over their breakup.
I think she thought that he didn't believe her. Isn't that women's worst fear, being raped and then seeking help and the help professionals don't believe you? That would be my worst fear.
But i do she was lying and coaching in this case but in general it's not that she's unhappy that she wasn't assaulted, it's that she was unhappy he didn't believe she was assaulted.
@@swimfast724 no. Not at all. She is upset that her lie wasn't beleived. She can't feel the way you're describing unless there *was* a rape that is now being ignored. There isn't, so your theory doesn't work. I have been in the situation of not being beleived, and the most important detail about that is that I *needed to be believed* . She doesn't need to be believed.

it's because she cares more about looking right and being the victim than just surrendering to reality of the situation. pretty much all of the mothers on Dr. Phil with rape accusations are the same way. Makes you wonder how many other mothers are out there who actually managed to put their child's father behind bars simply because they're wrapped in their own petty selfishness. it's disgusting

The grandmother lost all credibility when she said, “the pediatrician didn’t know how to handle it”. Anyone coming in contact with children. Drs, teachers, day care providers, etc, is mandated by law to report suspected abuse, if they don’t charges will be brought against them.

my daughter did this to her ex husband and it totally destroyed a family. She put her daughter through a rape kit to get custody and it took him 4 years of courts and lawyers but he won and I was in his corner all the way! I knew what my daughter put me through. The family was forever damaged beyond repair

As a retired nurse I can tell you that any pediatrician who suspects the rape of child would report it or they're putting their license in jeopardy, this mother comes up with excuses and contradicts herself all the time.I don't no how it works in the USA but I do know that in the UK that if the Doctor failed to report a suspected rape the attending nurse being the patients advocate most certainly would,this mother and grandmother has something else going here and need to get some serious help.
It works the same way here. They have 24 hours to report it or they can lose their license and I believe even could face jail time.

In order for this woman's story to be true, several mandated reporters, including police and a pediatrician's office, dropped the ball. Does she not realize how ridiculous and suspicious that sounds? That all these people knew a child was being raped and did nothing? Suspicious how her story only works if everyone else is completely and totally evil and unethical.
This is what we call, in literature, an idiot-plot: a plot that is only possible if everyone involved is an idiot. We see this in horror movies, wattpad fanfics, and crazy people who are comically bad at lying.
While I agree that this woman's story seems false, it's notcompletely impossible. You'd be surprised at how many CSA cases go unreported not just by victims but also bystanders.
@@calebk9111 I actually worked in child advocacy for a while! You are absolutely correct, my point though is that there are just way too many people who conveniently dropped the ball, plus other factors.
Or, rather, that apparently they had EVERY SINGLE individual who went completely against their professional responsibility and mandates in this ONE INSTANCE, all of whom had nothing to do with each other but somehow all came together in order to make this completely fall through the cracks without even bumping the side.

I was accused of doing horrible things to my daughter when she was 4... it was the worst time of our lives. I'm proud to say none of it was true, drs stood by my side aswell as the police that investigated it. I was awarded custody of my baby girl bc the mother was extremely unfit... we were almost on the steve wilkos show 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️.

Dr. Phil is rude to the father because the father is extremely unlikeable and can't shut up for very long. And Dr. Phil didn't make a big "SEE? NOT ALL MEN!!" thing about the false accusation because he believes in the "false positive system" we have. The alternative to an occasional false accusation is that CHILDREN have to do the legwork to prove that someone hurt them and that's not a developmentally realistic expectation. So basically, 1 in 1,000,000 guys gets falsely accused, or 10-20 in 100 actual monsters gets away with it, giving them the opportunity to hurt more children. I, for one, feel that when children accuse someone of hurting them, the adults around them should believe them and try to keep them safe, rather than say "but remember that guy on Dr. Phil?"
I don't think Dr. Phil was being rude I think he was trying to keep the focus on him so the mother could not cry foul because it was the father asking the questions.
Can we stop for a moment and consider that these are real people, with real relationships, and real daughters… That are being influenced by this, no matter what the truth may be… And worst of all, their entire gory gross history is being nationally broadcasted for the amusement of the general public who happen to be watching TV at 4 PM?

I pray to God for the soul of that little girl to somehow find a way to escape all of this. And everyone involved. Including those of us who are watching.
There is a reason that in family law and criminal law proceedings, involving a minor, especially the abuse of a minor… Those proceedings are private and not admitted to public record, nor to the public. For the sake of human decency. Imagine if this was your start to life? It’s appalling that it is even legal to air such spectacles on public TV. Shame on all of us. Especially when a child is involved.

If you watch the full episode, he had every right to be annoyed by that point. Every time he said something, it would descend in to an argument. It was really annoying to watch.

If you’re being falsely accused of this you would want to defend yourself and I’m sure there would be a lot I’d want to say. To me it sounds like a child that isn't have her basic hygiene needs met and it being fed junk thats making her constipated often. Not properly cleaning a child's bottom, not properly doing diapers changes, not giving regular bathes and cleaning the child's bottom with soap/water and rinsing well can cause just about all of those problems. All but the constipation. A parent thats not cleaning their child likely isn't feeding the child a good diet either. Diaper rash alone isn't inherently a red flag but when mixed with the other issues it is. She's neglecting her child. Shes unstable and so focused on revenge that she's not caring for her child.

Confused? It’s extremely obvious that this women has extreme issues and has coached her daughter to say these things. She’s not a good liar at all either. Her whole tone and demeanor changes as soon as she answers a question or makes a statement that’s a lie.
