- పెట్రోల్ ధర లీటరు వంద రూపాయలు దాటింది. కాలుష్యం చూస్తే పెరిగిపోతోంది. దీనికి విరుగుడు అన్నట్లు ఎలక్ట్రిక్ వాహనాలు అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చాయి. అంతేనా....ఇది మాత్రమే సమస్యకు పరిష్కారమా. అంటే కాదని అంటోంది కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం. ఎలక్ట్రిక్ వాహన వినియోగాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించడమే కాదు.....ఇథనాల్ వాడకాన్ని సైతం పెంచుతోంది. గత ఏడాది జూన్ నాటికి 10శాతం ఇథనాల్ కలిపిన పెట్రోల్ లక్ష్యాన్ని సాధించిన భారత్‌ 2030కి 20 శాతానికి చేరుకోవాలని లక్ష్యంగా నిర్దేశించుకుంది. భవిష్యత్తులో వాహనాలన్నీ ఇథనాల్, విద్యుత్‌తోనే నడుస్తాయని, అప్పుడు లీటర్ పెట్రోల్ ధర 15రూపాయలకు దిగి వస్తుందని తాజాగా కేంద్ర మంత్రి నితిన్‌ గడ్కరీ ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేశారు. 100 రూపాయలెక్కడ 15 రూపాయలు ఎక్కడ. నిజంగా అది సాధ్యమేనా. ఇథనాల్ తయారీకి ఆహార పంటలను వినియోగిస్తే ప్రజలకు తిండి ఎలా. ఆహార సంక్షోభానికి అవకాశాలు ఏమైనా ఉన్నాయా.

If the central & state Gov reduces their taxes then we can get petrol at unbelievably cheaper prices.
According to various news articles, Central & State Government Taxes itself accounts for about 60%… that’s a lot compared to 2014 Central taxes a humongous 607% increase on Diesel & 217% on petrol as of 2021.
The previous 63% used to be the Base price now these taxes are about 60%.
I am not against any party just against humongous taxes on people, thus further making everything else expensive and making it difficult for common man and woman…

That is making life hard for the majority of the general population…
Maybe some insignificant amount of people MIGHT use more fuel if it is cheaper, but that doesn’t justify showing that as an excuse & making suffer the majority of the population.
People can’t stop going to work or any other essential activities. Why are we only increasing? For example, in 2014 Central tax is 16% + State Tax 18% now 37% Central + 23% state tax, did it help in reducing pollution?
Educate people about paying taxes and sustainable living, not rub humongous amounts of taxes and make their lives miserable…
Also just FYI it’s 6.25% according to Income Tax Department.

Ethanol will be mixed with Diesel also in near future.Flexi engines (Ethanol+Diesel/Petrol+Electric)will be manufactured in future.
U forgot the bigboss of all fuels H2...deploying H2 vehicles is more feasible than standalone electric vehicles... Electric is just a bogus transition...ultimately H2 will replace the fossil fuels.
