Back Road: The best roads in the Yorkshire Dales

- Join us for an amazing day riding the back roads around the Yorkshire Dales. We start in Kettlewell riding north to Leyburn then up and over the moor to Tan Hill Inn. From there we ride south along Buttertubs Pass to end our ride on the banks of the River Wharfe in Yokenthwaite. See if you can spot Shaun the Sheep.

Going up that way on Friday. Doing the circle from were I live in Masham to Leyburn,Hawes Thwaite, Tan Hill, then over towards Dalton, Richmond and back home. Its 87 miles in total. Heated grips on I think......
Great video, I’ve done that route, on the Ducati, the Aprilia, the VFR 1200 DCT and the NC750 X, still got the NC, I’ve got a street triple too, but it’s the NC that’s the best bike

They also filmed The woman in black with Harry Potter in the lead role, it's a remake of the original, i have to say the Yorkshire Dales are my number one place to be, you can't beat it.
Loving the video. I can't get enough of the Dales. But. Beanie, please lose that wind deflector on top of your windscreen when you're filming. It's very distracting. The view from Vet's camera gives a much clearer view.
Good point. I have replaced that deflector with a smaller one since that video was filmed however I'll give it a try without any deflector next time we're out. Glad you're enjoying the videos.
@@VetandBeanie I'm enjoying them immensely. The Dales are my favourite place to ride in the UK. I'm already planning several rides for this coming May based on your reccomendations.

That's not pen y gent, it's whernside, the tallest peak in the dales. Pen y gent has a sharp top and is nowhere near as wide.
