If I recall correctly you can buy the Martial Arts Magazine in Esthar anyway, but completing this "side quest" it's very cool and helps flesh out more both the world and it's characters, including minor ones. Doing this quest really helped the inmersion and the overall charm this amazing game is. Thank you for the video. I've used it as a guideline more than anything but it was really helpful.
