There Must Be More to Life Than This was a song originally written by Freddy Mercury. This song was written by Freddy in the late 1970s and was initially recorded In the 1981 live session recordings for their album Hot space! However, never officially made it onto the album
Years later Freddy recorded a solo version of the song and it was also recorded as a duet between Freddie Mercury and Michael Jackson! but neither of these versions were released until posthumous compilations...

It wasnt released until 2014 because FM and MJ had fallen apart. They recorded three songs back in 80s. MJ recorded another version of state of shock with Mick Jagger which was released on Thriller and FM released a sole version of this song on his album Mr Bad Guy.
