I was introduced to herbs by my Dad. He came from a family of farmers and taught us which plants in the field were edible. We were very poor and sometimes didn’t have food. He would show us which plants and herbs to pick and we would make smoothies with them when all he could afford was a can of juice. He had a wonderful herb garden with tansy, saffron, and comfrey just to name a few. It’s what started me wanting to know what all of them are on this earth to do. I love your vlogs and I’m excited every time you post one. I want to have an herb garden bigger and better than the one my Dad had. I love foraging for the wild plants that nobody knows are there in the wild. I’ve learned so much and because of following you I have found many wonderful herbs in our mountains and am teaching my son about them.
This channel is amazing! I've learned so much about safely and effectively using natural herbs. Hope the channel continues to share more useful knowledge!

Very interesting about kava kava. It is not allowed in most of Europe right now, but I am hoping that this will change soon. 😊
