    Wow.
I've seen quite a number of chefs cooked this recipe, but no one can make my mouth salivating. You make me hungry, seriously hungry. Pinned for my next lunch! Love the recipe.

Hi Hugh, I just wanted you to know that I watched this video yesterday and made this tonight for dinner, I have had a two taste tests so far, and It is absolutely delicious, the beans with the beef offers a nice creamy contrast along with the wrap of the leaf. I would recommend to everyone and I would also make this again.

Sweet and simple. I always get s.korean vibes when food is plated on a piece of green crunchy leaf.

Low carb without ever saying it's low carb :) Hats off to you, sir! Really a great way to use beans and beef!

I can't tell if these are real jabs at Jamie or just a plain good laugh. Either way, enjoyable on all facets. The great food and the quips.

Its just a plain good laugh Placebo :)
Unlike Jamie and Gordon(Ramsay), these two are good friends and supports each other campaign. Like Jamie supports Hugh's Chicken Run Campaign etc.

My wife made this but used ground Deer meat from my Uncle's hunting. Wonderful dish.

Any ideas about others spices like Asian, or BBQ( a bit sweet or some other spice with a bit of orange zest perhaps?)
....Not sure where to find out about what spices go together, any book suggestions?...I am just looking for something a bit different than the usual cumin etc.mixes that my hubby is so used to.....( Maybe even with chicken, .....I have been looking all day for a lettuce cup, meat recipe for the 4th and love The bean addition as well!
    Thank you so much,
I love all your videos from oldest to anything I can find on River cottage)

I love Mexican food add some salsa and guacamole with cheese and sour cream and that's basically Mexican food , very very healthy , my native foods ... Well not the cheese and cream but .... A little of what you love is a good thing , occasionally, two thumbs up, BTW , seen it served this wat on stronger lettuce before , also in Chinese leafs , its a combination of Oriental and native american food , loving it

Looks delicious, love to put cannellini beans on a piece of toasted sourdough. Why is this video unlisted? Good quick dinner idea for all.

The lense flair fire thing is just really really bad! I love Hugh and love river cottage but it really makes these vids hard to watch.

WHO EDITS THESE VIDEOS? Put a epilepsy warning on the god damned description or in the video itself, stop putting colors into the clips.
    Never been so upset.

I used to love watching River Cottage series, but not anymore. I find the camera swimming and moving top to bottom, left to right from instant to instant etc., quite intolerable. Make your cameraman put the camera on a tripod, and take in the whole scene inclusive of you and the food table.
