okay, here’s my thoughts on this. (i just did it) don’t feel bad if you can’t go the same pace as her, and it’s okay to do 20 seconds. at least you’re doing it! it’s okay to take breaks. i skipped the lunge jumps and the second plank, for myself. and that’s okay. once you’re done it’s so rewarding like- i did it! you can too!
What I like about Pam: 1: she starts the workout with no intro, and the music helps me to concentrate. 2: Even though there is no talking, the routine is always easy to understand and do. 3: She tries to make videos suitable for all types of audience, and her channel has a lot of variety.

Hey! I actually talked with my friend whose bachelor is sports. She told me that doing workouts everyday could bring a syndrome (forgot the name) that is basically you progressing but then regressing extremely fast cause you need your muscles to heal between workouts. So she told me the best to do is do her workouts three times a week (one more if you have the motivation) and combine it with something soft like yoga in between. So yeah, just wanted to say, don't push too much otherwise it will bring more bad than good :) let's all be in shape together! 💪

I normally do some yoga to stretch and as a warm up do jogging on the spot or jumping jacks, or you can use an exercise bike, treadmill, go for a run or a bike ride instead x

Not really. I don't like junk food. Also I'm living away from home so I try to be as healthy as possible. I also jog 30 mins everyday so that helps to reduce fat too.
I've been doing 35-40mins of Pamela's workouts everyday I'm not at work (work 12 hour shifts 3-4 days a week) and I've just done every single bit of this through without taking a break and doing all exercises fully! Well happy! 😊
This is my "holy grail" workout. I am doing it every single day in the morning, since March 2020. I am over 40, but my figure looks like in my 20s. I do not have any strict diet, just eating clean and try to incorporate unprocessed food into my daily meals. I do believe this short, but intense workout is the secret of my figure. I‘m gonna be one of the comments who says „I will do this everyday“ so... Day 1: Fml Day 2: I have a massiv muscle ache because of yesterday but I did it anyway and it was easier than yesterday I’m not kidding my arms are way stronger so to all the people out there who are afraid to try this workout, do it 😂 Day 3: These reverse planks are too hard for me my wrists get twisted and I don‘t think it‘s good for me but actually I feel stronger again and I‘m motivated 💪 😎 Day 4: It was wayy easier than before I struggle at two times. These jumps at the beginning and still the reverse planks. I could do the rest almost without a break yay🤪 ~ I took a break because I was too tired ~ Day 5: I’m still tired but the parts I couldn’t do at the beginning are easy now🥰 Day 6: nothing changed Day 7: I became worse 😑 Day 8: better. Way better. Day 9 : I think I improved again but the reverse planks give my arms a really bad feeling and I don‘t think that’s normal... Day 10: I was sick but now I‘m back and motivated again yay

I found this workout today and I want to see if I cane do it everyday to Christmas, I will try to update every time💗 Day 1. The clock is 10 PM and I wanted to workout, this was the best thing I’ve done today! I love it, it is so calm and not so intense but at the same time it feels like you have done something really good for your body! Day 2. Now I’ve done it this morning and it feels good, my abs did actually become more clear and easier to see just after one calmed workout. Thank you Pamela!
I love this set and I've been doing it since a month alternating between yoga, this and other videos of Pamela. Suggestion for Pamela : It will be really helpful if you could mention it in the video about breathing in or out while doing an exercise. For example, if it's plank kickback, while raising leg, do we have to breathe in or breathe out? I believe the correct breathing pattern makes a better impact and is more effective. Thanks in advance if you take up this suggestion 😊
@@eventually687 From what I know from yoga, we should breathe in whole going up and breathe out while going down. This applies to some.. Like squats, we breathe in when we go up, and breathe out when we go down. Push ups : Breathe in when going up, breathe out when going down. Reverse applies to time when we do abs while lying on back.. Breath out while going up, breathe in while going down. I still get confused many times and then leave it to my body to decide and focus on postures instead 😁

Week 2: Monday: Good morning workout: done! It’s kind of hard but definitely doable! Medium ab workout: this was hard! I broke a swear here! Thuesday: South of the border check! 20 minutes full body: that was pretty hard and intense but done! Wednesday: 10000 hours done! This workout is very enjoyable! Yoga: done! It felt better than last time and I think I got better too! Thursday: Rest day. I finished my 30 min popsugar latin dance workout! It was great! Friday: Good morning workout done! Nice morning sweat!

Yes! And I avoid the jump squats because I dont want to put a lot of impact on my knees.

Day 1: Fml
Day 2: I have a massiv muscle ache because of yesterday but I did it anyway and it was easier than yesterday I’m not kidding my arms are way stronger so to all the people out there who are afraid to try this workout, do it 😂
Day 3: These reverse planks are too hard for me my wrists get twisted and I don‘t think it‘s good for me but actually I feel stronger again and I‘m motivated 💪 😎
Day 4: It was wayy easier than before I struggle at two times. These jumps at the beginning and still the reverse planks. I could do the rest almost without a break yay🤪
~ I took a break because I was too tired ~
Day 5: I’m still tired but the parts I couldn’t do at the beginning are easy now🥰
Day 6: nothing changed
Day 7: I became worse 😑
Day 8: better. Way better.
Day 9 : I think I improved again but the reverse planks give my arms a really bad feeling and I don‘t think that’s normal...
Day 10: I was sick but now I‘m back and motivated again yay

I plan on making this part of my everyday routine, every day (including weekends), 6 am in the morning, this is my progress:
Day 1-3: ✔️ I love the feeling after I finish, so full of energy!
Day 4-6: ✔️ It's going great, I really enjoy doing it
Day 7-9: ✔️ I'm glad I added this to my routine

I found this workout today and I want to see if I cane do it everyday to Christmas, I will try to update every time💗
Day 1. The clock is 10 PM and I wanted to workout, this was the best thing I’ve done today! I love it, it is so calm and not so intense but at the same time it feels like you have done something really good for your body!
Day 2. Now I’ve done it this morning and it feels good, my abs did actually become more clear and easier to see just after one calmed workout. Thank you Pamela!

I love this set and I've been doing it since a month alternating between yoga, this and other videos of Pamela.
Suggestion for Pamela :
It will be really helpful if you could mention it in the video about breathing in or out while doing an exercise.
For example, if it's plank kickback, while raising leg, do we have to breathe in or breathe out?
I believe the correct breathing pattern makes a better impact and is more effective.

@@eventually687 From what I know from yoga, we should breathe in whole going up and breathe out while going down.
This applies to some.. Like squats, we breathe in when we go up, and breathe out when we go down.
Push ups : Breathe in when going up, breathe out when going down.
Reverse applies to time when we do abs while lying on back..
Breath out while going up, breathe in while going down.
I still get confused many times and then leave it to my body to decide and focus on postures instead 😁

Monday: Good morning workout: done! It’s kind of hard but definitely doable! Medium ab workout: this was hard! I broke a swear here!
Thuesday: South of the border check! 20 minutes full body: that was pretty hard and intense but done!
Wednesday: 10000 hours done! This workout is very enjoyable! Yoga: done! It felt better than last time and I think I got better too!
Thursday: Rest day. I finished my 30 min popsugar latin dance workout! It was great!
Friday: Good morning workout done! Nice morning sweat!
