Hey Val, I fry squash exactly like you. One thing I started doing is put the squash and corn meal in a zip lock bag and shake it around good. The squash gets covered really well. Haven’t had fresh squash yet but it won’t be long. ❤️

We had our first mess of squash tonight for supper and oh my it was so good!!!! I don’t put mine in the oven , but I might try that method. Can’t wait for our first tomatoes 🍅 and green beans. Love your videos. 🤗😍

Any fry pan that will go in oven. I don’t measure but I almost cover bottom of pan. Hope that helps.
