You can do like I do and not listen to the FDA and all the attorneys now in a world that has become insane about safety. Kids can't play on monkey bars and food sitting on a counter for 5 minutes will kill you. My grandma fried chicken on Sunday for lunch and it stayed on the stove top until bedtime. People been eating raw eggs for thousands of years, but they find a few with salmonella and get everybody to believe they might die. The truth of the statistics is that you could eat a raw egg every day and it would take approximately 91 years to find a dangerous one. You have a 10,000 times greater chance of dying in a car wreck driving to buy eggs. But nobody has a problem doing that. FDA made everybody believe pork that's pink on the inside would kill you. 10 years ago they retracted that and said it's just as safe as beef when cooked medium rare like my ancestors have known for over a hundred years. We leave food out all the time, often overnight. This for over 50 years now. Don't let sue happy attorneys decide what's safe. Your life will be much more enjoyable.

Yes! Always made it like this. Never a problem. I would never be upset. I appreciate you!!! But no. We don’t worry about this. Some people do. We don’t. Thank you so much for your question and for watching! Means the world to me.

I was wondering the same thing, years ago this is how I remember ice cream being made, but now we’ve been told not to eat raw eggs. I still lick my beaters and bowl after making a cake, that is if my grandchildren aren’t around!🫶🙏

I drank 6 raw eggs twice a day for maybe 10 years back in my weightlifting/bodybuilding days. I'll risk it trying her ice cream LOL.

I will have to give your recipe a try. The one we've used since I was little girl I'll share with you.
    *6 eggs well beaten
*1 can Evaporated milk, plus 1 can of water
    *1 can Eagle Brand Cream
    *1 Cup sugar
    *1 tsp Vanilla
*Enough whole milk to fill bucket up to fill line.
Of course you know the rest. 🍦

I think that’s the same a friend just shared with me. They said I could add any fruit to it. Same for yours? Thank you!!! I will try it!

@ourforeverfarm Yes ma'am you can add anything. We've added mint flavoring, and andys mint chips, added whole cherries, which usually I cut in half. You can add strawberries, and strawberry flavoring. Im sure there is so much more but thats all Ive ever tried.

People these days just kill me. It's like you hang on every word that comes from so much caution that it's gotten ridiculous. Rubber for playground mulch. Merry go rounds and monkey bars are now considered death traps. People's houses are so sterile that they're getting sick more than ever from having no immunity to bacteria. You call a raw egg unhealthy. It's your sterile home that's unhealthy. You have an exponentially greater chance of dying in a car wreck, (1 in 98 actually) going to buy those eggs than you do getting sick from an egg (1 in more than 30,000 now as the current estimate). But I bet there's no hesitation in taking that drive. LOL You could eat 1 raw egg a day and it would take over 100 years to find one with salmonella. Say you find that one, chances are it won't even make you sick. That's science speaking. It's always been extremely rare, and the craziest part is that it's more rare now than it's ever been. Yet more people live scared of a raw egg and whatever else they've HEARD ABOUT than ever before. People been eating raw eggs for thousands of years. This all because of an FDA that has polluted and fear mongered the minds of everyone in a safety insane culture. Why even listen? They created the "sodium myth" now proven to be killing people. People been having a 17% higher chance of heart problems by following the FDA's low sodium recommendations. That's right. Too little sodium because they used a study that was intentionally flawed to hurt the salt industry. People been eating half the salt they should be and dying because of it. They lied and claimed ivermectin was a horse wormer even though THEY took part in awarding it the Nobel prize for its use in humans 20 years earlier. They said oxycontin wasn't addictive. They said pork cooked medium was dangerous. They reversed that. Cook it just like a steak if you want. Look to your ancestors. If they did something for hundreds of years, I bet you'll be just fine. Tip number 2, listen to nothing from the FDA without first doing your own research.
