I`v had hearing loss and i started medication last year and my audiogram got better ,but lately i`v went to some stresfull events i think that triggered my tinitus like 16 days ago .I did an audiogram and i was shocked,my hearing loss went worse in one year .I think its genetic cause my dad also has it,but without titnitus.So i want to say please pay attention on your level stress,i think this worsen my already fragile hearing and triggered tinitus.I hope i will get better,i went into hell,i pray for God .
I want to thank you for learning us about it over the You tube ,cause every comment i read about it,people having it like 20 years and its been hell and its so negative and making me so anxious and depressed.This is the first youtube chanel that gives me hope that i will manage it.Thank you so much!

Hi Dr. Ben, thx for this video, I’m new to the tinnitus community and find your videos very informative and helpful. Lifesavers so to speak. In your videos I have watched so far, the masking sounds you appear to refer to quite often are pink noise, white noise, and nature sounds i.e. waterfalls etc. Those are the sounds I’ve also found that you have posted videos of. Is violet noise also not a good option, and if so could you say why. If it is, do you have a video and could you please post a link. Thanks for all you do.

Should I use headphones to listen or speaker?
Both work! You could try both and see which one provides more relief.
Do I have to fit the volume with my tinnitus and after few minutes I must reduce the volume? What's the right procedure?
We don’t recommend masking over the volume of your tinnitus. Play the sound therapy at a comfortable volume below your tinnitus.

How many hours can take this sound therapy in a day?
As long as the sound levels you are listening to are within the healthy range and not too loud, there is no risk of overusing sound therapy.
