I also found when I got to about 10 I use to love diving to the bottom of the pool or ocean to hear calmness
I’m sure your little child will find their noise to make them feel confident and happy

It’s very nice to see positivity in a world so cold. I’m going through a tough time. I get so depressed that I literally take it out on my self (no self harm). I am happy I read these comments because to see people be genuine and positive is almost as rare as gold.

Thank you for this video I have been struggling lately and even with sleep I mean I may not sleep all night I wake up all the time at 230am/3am this is the only video that actually relaxes me at night . Depression is just not easy .
This video has helped me fall asleep numerous times. I'm actually not sure how much it's helping me get into a deep sleep, but it works to get me asleep, which is the part I struggle with.

This reminds me of my home in India. The rain was always welcome, bringing coolness after soaring sun. We danced joyfully in rain, making puddles and paper boats whilst my mum moaned about messing up her clean house (although I know she loved watching us play silly games).
