I love that I know Hirohiko Araki well enough to not just se him using Michelangelo and fashion for referances, but actualy loves both renaissance art and fashion so much that he wants to put it into his art and character designs. Jojo is realy fun cause of the fact that he puts in so much of what he himself loves into his art(with a manga where characters have names like Vanila Ice, Esidisi(ACDC), R.I.O. Speedwagon what else would you expect)
What I love about Araki is that his artwork methodology shows why you should reference for artwork, be it live for anatomy, fashion, or environment and masterul artists’ work for inspiration. He’s inspired by stories around the world (you can say the meme) he one time using Hitchcock’s book to counter his editor on a unique story arc (Tonio’s “Pearl Jam”, Part 4). But his author’s notes are like reading the journal of an excited child like the one time he went to England and stayed at a hotel made from an old castle, which had a ghost girl (likely in sleep paralysis) trying to spook him, but Araki was like “I’m too tired for this” and looked again to see a sad and disappointed ghost girl (Gigachad move on his sleep paralysis demon). And his favourite animated movie that also appeared on top 20 favourite “suspense movies” was Shrek at number 8, based, refined, and cultured taste. Not my top 10, I like Kung Fu Panda 2, HTTYD, Shrek 2, Prince of Egypt, and PIB The Last Wish more but Shrek is still a fantastic film that, like JoJo’s, is persistent in meme culture for good reason, both are high-quality and made for the modern internet.
Say LOL if u agree with me that he is soooooooooooo underrated............. Yeah...... i am toooooooooooooooootally not replying in popular comments for more LOLs........................................ lol

I'm the kind of person that once i get into the zone i can stay working on 1 piece for hours and not take a break (it's how i got through college lol) but once that concentration is broken i can't start working on it again and have to restart the next day. So him working on a piece for 7+ hours without a break is not very weird to me cause that's how i work too.
“Thats a very unusual color-scheme.”
That’s kinda how Arraki works…
JoJo designs are amazing and I love the subversive character designs!
Thanks for the infos, that’s so epic. I didn’t know that 🙂
@@modauth If it was not obvius from the setting of part 5, and especially part 3 the dude loves to travel as well.
I actually super disagree about the staying focused thing. If I really care about what I'm doing then it's impossible for me to stop.
Modauth : I think it's an unusual color scheme
That's Araki sensei for you, he picks the weirdest colors and it just works
You should react to Togashi's art he's the creator of hunter x hunter and yu yu Hakusho.. and love this video!!
I'm scared he might hate it

The unusual color schemes creates an aesthetic
I see Okuyasu, i click.
The jojo fanbase already invaded this comment section
Meanwhile me: NO I WANT A CIRCLE NOT A BLOB

Good job you summoned the entirety of the JoJo fandom with your thumbnail
