With the injuries Jays had he's done amazing to last as long as he has at the top level, he's been a superb ambassador for his sport and has made a shit load of money by been a marketing dream. He's always put vids out for the fans and kept us updated I personally think he's a real class act in a sport that has its fair share of assholes

Yes it requires you to eat the same amount of calories a day, and lift the same weights. If you want to grow, you gotta eat more and lift heavier and harder. So in short, yes maintaining is easier than growing
Well technique-wise the movements look rather crap imo (so much momentum, short and fast almost cheated reps) in relation to his huge physique.. maybe i was training wrong all the years, by trying to avoid momentum, force-peaks to the tendons by "ripping" and trying to make complete movements with slow negative... dunno...

Jay has this quiet intensity. He doesn't go nuts on the weight. Definitely a good example of the non-meathead attitude.
Love how quiet he is. None of that hoopla that adds nothing to the lifts and detracts from other people's experience. Just pure focus.

It's mostly diet, but you still have to train hard, I'd say it's about a 75% diet 25% training
