It's the weekend of the LA Fit Expo and Jay and his crew are back at The Mecca to train some back! Follow him at Golds Gym Venice and check out the many cameos in this video as EVERYONE is in town for the busy weekend ahead.

Oliverio Grijalba not true, he came to my gym and was actually an asshole to a bunch of people waiting in line to meet him. I, along with everyone else, was disappointed in someone I admired.

Jay. I am going on 45 this year, at 260 lbs, strictly power lifting, I am doing the best I can with football knees, and trying to keep somewhat of a work out schedule working in I.T. for over 25 years. You have inspired me these last several years. Because of you, I am not only going to work hard to keep my gains, but work hard to tone up and burn off the fat and try to get to a lean 240/250. Thank You Jay. Almost 30 years of lifting under me and with these past few years using lifting to work in conjunction with some health issues, your advice will now go hand in hand with the therapy I go through. Out of all of the personalities out there whom I still watch and admire, the Titan, CT (ISYMFS), Brian Shaw and Eddie Hall, etc. You are the one pushing me to the next level. And I am not stopping anytime soon! Keep It Going Jay and Never Change!
Jay walking into the Golds is similar to Arnold walking in during the movie Pumping Iron. The gym lights up!

It's very nice to see Jay being comfortable and confident in his post stage life. He seems to have found a happy medium and it's so important for his long term health. Being 5'9"-5'10" and 280+ pounds just isn't healthy whether it's muscle or fat so to see him lose weight and stay in great shape is really excellent. MANY body builders struggle mightily with it. Well done Jay, you're a stud.

Yourself and Dave have such a great relationship. It's rare to have that, so keep up the great content. I grew up skipping through magazines at the bookstore before UA-cam and all that came out, so it's great to see you giving fans the time of day and giving it your all in the gym. Truly inspirational when we have our down days in life to pull up a video and get our minds back on track.
