      To be fair, Jay said in an interview once, if not more in other interviews, that he has absolutely shit form. SO if HE admits it and someone else comments about it then that person is correct. Heavy weight+lots of reps+steroids+the correct genetics=this type of physique. Look at Branch Warren. Crap form, lots of hald and 3/4 reps, top BB. Maybe it's you guys that dont know shit about this. Again, genetics+ roids. You couldnt get like this with just roids and no genetics or genetics and no roids. As long as guys like this can just stimulate the muscle its good enough. But shit form it is!!!

      The thing is shit form or not if anyone did this workout how much god damn volume he does no matter how you do it your arms are gonna feel like gonna explode. Is that practical for natty to induce muscle growth response maybe maybe not but most ppl aren’t natty so probably doesn’t matter

      First off ...he has already built all the muscle necessary to be a champion....all these movements he is doing is to prevent injury while pumping blood into his muscle. This is what works for him.

    Roids don't make you mr.o, I could juice for years and never even come close he has great genetics and clearly an excellent mind muscle connection..how can anyone comment on his form when they're tiny and he's one of the top bodybuilders today, you wouldn't go up to the big guys at the gym and correct them so don't do it on a video and whoever thinks he's natural..get real that's not possible naturally and it's well known and accepted that roids are a large part of pro bodybuilding especially in the Olympia

      You have no idea what you're talking about...at all. There are studies done showing the effects of roids. YOU WILL GAIN MORE MUSCLE TAKING JUICE THAN NOT TAKING ANY...period, doesn't matter what's done. Even if you take it but are NOT working out, you will gain about twice as much muscle than if you are clean are ARE working out...and you will gain about three times as much muscle if you work out while juicing.
      Long story short, it won't make you Mr. O...BUT, it's the only way ANYONE can ever achieve Mr. O. Plus, any juicer will always have more muscle than anyone that is clean purely because of the juice; even if the guy kicks up his feet and eats pizza and plays Warcraft while a clean person is going to the gym hardcore.

    • @1arturodelacruz
      @1arturodelacruz 10 років тому +10

      bigmattman2005 absolutely wrong. If you take roids and don't work out you will put on zero muscle. If you aren't damaging the muscle, what are the enhancers supposed to repair and fuel? Although I do agree that to become Mr. O drugs must be involved, it is not as simple as shooting up and showing up to a competition. I'm not anti-roids nor do I think using them in the world of bodybuilding is cheating at all, so I do agree with you on the Mr. o usage, just not the part that makes it sound so simple.

    Jay's routine is awesome, and perfectly adaptable to most professional or new athletes that want to build muscle mass and shape and strengthen their bodies.
    Just do 5 sets of 6 to 15 reps to failure, with each muscle part, and do it twice per week. Hit each muscle part twice per week. Day 1, Chest, Triceps/biceps; Day 2, Shoulders, triceps, calves; day 3 Back, biceps and extra quads; Day 4, Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves. Each workout takes 1 hour max (and add cardio). Rest one day, hike, play a sport, and repeat. Eat 1 gram of protein per goal of lean bodyweight per day, eat veggies, eat some fruit, lay off the booze, don't eat as much bread, and go for a run.

    Isn't the first rule is to avoid cheating the weight? Man he really swings the weight, he does a very crappy form, but when you have good genetics and you are taking shit load of drugs such as steroids and HGH anything is possible.

    • @АлексейЛесуков-ч3ь
      @АлексейЛесуков-ч3ь 10 років тому

      harun hashi I agree that he already reached his maximum potential but I disagree with you about what you said that he is not trying to grow anymore but to maintain his muscle mass, if that is the case why lifting that heavy? I mean heavier weights are used to try to grow bigger, why using that much weight and do shitty form when he can use medium weights and do the right form? to maintain muscle mass you don't need to lift so heavy and cheating the weight. "Period"

    • @АлексейЛесуков-ч3ь
      @АлексейЛесуков-ч3ь 10 років тому

      In fact if he is going to compete he is more worried about quality of muscle, when we train for a contest we are suppose to use lighter weights, proper form and higher reps. You don't know what you are talking about man.

    • @АлексейЛесуков-ч3ь
      @АлексейЛесуков-ч3ь 10 років тому

      And what is the message he is giving to beginners and medium bodybuilders? to cheat the weights and swing it like he does? Do you think the idiots who copy what he does they are going to grow? he is on high amounts of human growth hormone and steroids, that is doing most of the work plus his good genetics.

      Виктор Рамазанов i think you are misunderstaning Jay Cutler and his workouts. guy is a pro. he knows very well what he is doing!

    • @АлексейЛесуков-ч3ь
      @АлексейЛесуков-ч3ь 10 років тому

      Ok let me explain you again, it is obviously to heavy for him because he can't do it right, he is cheating it. I'm not saying to use a pussy weight, what I'm saying lift the weight that you can manage and do t with proper technique and form, that even applies to weight lifters, if you compete on power lifting and you swing or cheat the weight in any way you are disqualified, every movement has to be done perfect with technique and form, now, in body building you have even more reason to lift the weights with proper form because if you cheat it you don't get the stimulation in the muscle fibers, in other way, you are fooling yourself that you are strong but people that know how to workout are going to think you are a joke!

    • @Carlos-hr9kg
      @Carlos-hr9kg 8 років тому +5

      It's mostly for starters, then they get brainwashed for to the idea of using perfect form in every single rep is the way and using light weight. But as you become more "expert" at lifting all you care about is getting the last reps and it those reps that count.

    Fact - there are 3 simple rules for making it as a Pro Body builder and Mr Olympia today, they are - rule 1 take steroids, rule 2 take steroids and rule 3 take steroids.

    • @fredericksecq4445
      @fredericksecq4445 9 років тому +1

      where is the hard work?

    • @Starchaser63
      @Starchaser63 9 років тому +2

      kai greene firstly thanks for the response. You mentioned hard work in relation to making it as a pro bodybuilder and I accept that performance enhancing drugs are just a normal part of the sport. That said, I do wish you the best in your career as you certainly seem dedicated. I think we just have a different way of seeing the world ! Personally I would never ever take any steroids, or illegal performance enhancing drugs like anabolic steroids or HGH but that's just me and I know I would never make it as a pro bodybuilder as I would have to take them. A lot of ex pro body builders do look fat sick and unhealthy just a couple of years post training with a lot of health problems. I think I may have sent you the following info but read it again and you'll see why steroids and HGH really does make the difference, and not the dedicated training !! best wishes In your career.
      My comments are not personal to anyone, they are just my comments !!
      Anti-Catabolic Effects Of Anabolic Steroids
      Heavy resistance training seems to be necessary for anabolic steroids to exert any beneficial effect on physical performance. Intense strength training increases the number of unbound receptor sites. This would increase the effectiveness of anabolic steroids. Many athletes said that they had difficulty making progress (or even holding onto the gains) when they were off anabolic steroids or HGH. Anabolic steroids prevent tissue from breaking down following of an intense work-out. This would speed recovery. The catabolic effects of cortisol are enhanced when the athlete stops taking the drugs and strength and muscle size are lost at a rapid rate. Athletes tend to lose strength and size rapidly when off steroids. To stave off deconditioning, athletes may want to take the drugs for long periods of time to
      prevent falling behind. Diets high in protein and calories may also be important in maximizing the effectiveness of anabolic steroids. Anabolic Steroids and Performance - The gains made by athletes in observations have been much more impressive. Weight gains of thirty or forty pounds, coupled with thirty percent increases in strength, are not unusual. Please read articles on pharmacology of sport and sports medicine in the countries of the former Soviet Union for more information on anabolic steroids.
      Let's sum it all up...
      performance enhancing drugs can increase strength by 30 %
      help you gain up to 30 - 40 lbs of weight much quicker
      Anabolic steroids prevent tissue from breaking down following of an intense work-out
      and help you recover quicker.
      So Anabolic steroids clearly give an individual an advantage by allowing you to train
      harder and heavier for longer, more often as well as increases in strength and recovery.
      When the drugs are stopped, the individual becomes, smaller, softer, and weaker.
      I can assure you all that if any Pro Bodybuilder stopped taking Anabolic steroids and HGH today,
      their career would be over instantly, that is how much of a difference they make. I accept it is their choice
      and i wish them well with their career. Best wishes

      Andrew Easson that was a long comment my man, didn't expect that.
