- Hey guys and girls, the latest Mazda CX-3 variants are in town - there are three, and the most affordable one starts at RM107,870 (RM109,770 with ACTIV-e film). The two CORE variants are with 1.5 liter and 2.0 liter engines, while the HIGH variant comes with a 2.0 liter engine. The other prices are listed below.
The introduction of the two CORE (mid) variants brings the selling price down to very reasonable levels, and all of them come with Mazda's own 6-speed automatic transmissions.
The Mazda SKYACTIV 1.5G and SKYACTIV 2.0G engines are known to be very frugal on fuel, and the cute-looking CX-3 shape should go down well with Malaysians.
We are waiting eagerly to get a test unit for evaluation, but for now, the CX-3 is available for booking.

Bermaz done great job. They know entry lvl Mazda 2 no longer able to sell. Using CX-3 as mazda2 replacement is making perfect sense given crossover can always sell higher pricepoint. In addition, even after so many years CX-3 is still a looker
Mazda 2 is still in production.... But the new design of Mazda 2 made in Japan will be announced soon .. but I really don't like the European version of Mazda 2 hybrid... It's a copied version of the Japanese Yaris...
I love the CX-3 but always wondered why hasn't Mazda changed its front grill similar to the CX-5 chrome version? The CX-3 would look so much sleeker and stylish with the new grill.
Because it’s going to be replaced by the CX-30. They’ll soon discontinue the CX-3.
@@GPEG CX-30 is not going to replace CX-3 and never will be. It's a new variant for more crossover look like what Subaru did with Impreza and XV.
@@Zim___ it did it in America, and they are going to discontinue the Mazda 6 and being replaced by a New Mazda Sedan with a Rear-Wheel drive platform. And soon to replace the CX-5, CX-9 for the rear wheel drive CX-70, and CX-90 soon to be announced. Mazda already built the CX-50 from the Alabama duel plant along with the Toyota Corolla Cross. It varies by market.

Looks like the seats in the 2.0 are bulkier. Or maybe it was just adjusted alot further back

both 1.5L n 2.0 Low spec got only 2 front airbags, no 360 camera, only reverse camera. The 2.0 Full spec got 6 airbags and 360 camera.

My opinion... the RM120k version should just be 1.5l engine but with 6 airbags. Shouldnt compromise on safety, especially if you're paying RM120k for a car, you'd definitely expect more than just 2 airbags.
Then it will be RM125k

Mr.Kong I heard that Cx3 will be fully build in Thailand instead of japan. Is it just assemble or manufactured as well? Book mine in may still waiting till now with no news. I’m giving up already & about to cancel this order
My SA told me only assemble in Thai..parts are still imported from Japan..

A good contender vs the all new HR-V. Though this car is ageing and much smaller inside, it still looks beautiful.
It is a bit more affordable than the lowest spec HRV.

Cx3 is nice but I go for x50 or the hrv turbo or the rs because new tech larger space powerful engine
But honda lots of quality issues depending on honda model compare to Proton and mazda, such as steering rack, rubber lining, dashboard noise, interior noises, wind noises, loose parts including door panel, ceiling parts and rear air cond and others, oil compressor leaking, paint quality and car quality like tin milo. Going to honda service center but problems cannot end
Practicality + good appearance, it may goes to X50 or HRV. However, when comes to absolute beauty & sexy nothing beats cx-3. It just like beautiful lady with no substance n u will still choose it. Most buying with emotion but not rational

I hve follow this 1.5 variant for quite sometime. since d variant launched in Indonesia last year. bn waiting for this 1.5 to come to m'sia . but must say. a bit disappointed with m'sia 1.5 variant as compared to Indonesia one. what say u sir?
Each variant has its objective. Tha fact that there are 3 variants with spec and engine variants means they are for different affordability levels.
If you want a good one with high specs go for the 2.0 with everything. It would really be pointless for Mazda to co.e up with a high spec 1.5 variat, necause the price difference to the 2.0 would be very small, so why would anyone want to buy one. This is a pure marketing exercise.

I would say about RM4000 if staying with parents.
Finally, there's finnaly cheap proper B segment suv aside the x50 and ativa, but i wonder, how the mazda 2 will perform as both are now almost same price....
More people are moving to SUV, so this model will contribute to Mazda sales.

@@rainsyahdante6702 Ativa is over 300mm shorter than the X50 (b-segment). That is even more than the 200mm difference between a Vios and an Altis. Its definitely no B-segment. A+ segment at most or a fake B-segment as most p2 cars are. 🤣🤣

Car looks good, but the aircond knob for the 1.5L variant a bit old school. would be perfect if the knobs are all similar to the high specs ones. Got a bit put off, coz originally was eyeing at the 1.5L.

The HRV turbo would have a bit more power. The CX3 is one level up on interior specs and has a 6 speed auto. Both are great cars and you can buy either one here through this channel.
Choose your vehicle based on your real needs. And go test both.
NVH mazda is way better than honda that is for sure
I'm considering buying this but a bit concerned that it doesn't have a rear aircond vent.
The cabin is small enough, so I suggest you go test it.

Depends on what you arr looking for. The X50 is a great vehicle, and so is the CX3, for different people

We are waiting for a test car, but basically it is wheels, leather seats, HUD, and some technical specs. The high spec has everything, including a sunroof.

Each distributor have their own schedules and sometimes, the brand may not have enough stock to supply the cars.
