- Ting for de back! Neil, of Verve Creations, is back to show us how he blends his Sea Moss Punch:
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Milk
1 cup Sea Moss Jelly
1 cup Condensed Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 dashes Aromatic Bitter
Pinch of Nutmeg
Pinch of Cinnamon
2 scoops ice
METHOD
1. Place ice into blender jug.
2. Add remaining ingredients and churn until smooth.
3. Pour into tall glass, serve with a straw.
4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
5. Enjoy!

Substitute the condenser milk with honey dates and cow milk with almond milk. 😋
I was just about to comment the exact same but I’m gonna try adding some bananas to make it more creamy next time as the almond milk is a bit watery without condensed milk.
They were probably on a budget 😕

You are from Trinidad and can't even spell the name of your country???
Also you add some cooked channa or young cooked green fig to the seaoss. Can also add a dollop of sea moss gel to your fish broth.

Does it get thicker and thicker when you store it? And if so how do you bring it back to consistency? By adding milk and ice?

Lmaoo that's what they call raw sugar in the Caribbean. If you see demarra, turbinado or raw sugar theyre all the same thing. It tastes so much better than refined sugar. So im assuming demarra syrup is liquid raw sugar

It's only a syrup made with brown sugar! Demerara is where the sugar came from.
But how no one could tell Kezzi she was missing a earring at around 5.30 till de end.....no one on that set noticed!! 🤦♀️
I didn't even notice until you said it, so maybe the happened to them.
