Heads up..Those instant powdered coconut milk packs are NOT dairy-free. They contain casein or milk protein... If you not using fresh coconut milk, then you should try Kara liquid coconut milk.

I was about to say the same thing. Coconut powdered milk is not pure coconut milk and it is certainly not dairy-free.
