Never discard the water you soak the seas moss in . Blend in the same water it was soaked in . Just ensure to wash properly before soaking . One love from Jamaica

I wash it with a little bit of lemon or lime juice it help cut that strong sea smell. Wash it well then let it sit 24 hours. That water is full of nutrients and great for a smoothie

Why are you rinsing and draining after soaking for 24 hrs? You're wasting the jelly water filled with minerals!
    1. Wash it thoroughly
    2. Soak in water for 12 to 24 hrs ( cover bowl and put in a fridge)
    3. Blend with the soaked in water...no extra water needed.
**For flavor and removing the ocean smell you can put lemon or ginger in soaking water. For amaizing color throw in a pinch of turmeric 😊👌

This isn’t real sea moss people. Did you hear her say “ wild crafted “? Real sea moss is harvested in a sustainable manner. This cheap stuff is not real. If you ever by it raw, as this looks out of the bag, it will have irregular sized attachments throughout it. Like where it was attached to the reefs and rocks. This is man made grown from poles or cords suspended in water like how muscles are grown. Most of the time it’s grown in pools… real sea moss grows wild attached to things organically and naturally. It’s like comparing a PLEATHER Chinese jacket to a FULL GRAIN LEATHER jacket.

🗣I rinse 1st and let sit for 15 mins then dump water. I rinse 2nd time and let sit for 1/2 hr. then dump water again. I rinse sea moss 3rd time and let soak 30 mins. With the 3rd batch of water I dump into pan and bring to a lite boil. Then I dump sea moss along w/ slimey water into blender. I blended it for a good 3 mins and waalah … The sea moss is ready to get dumped into your favorite mason jar. Let cool down before sticking it in your fridge.
