We're so conditioned to say, "run it by your doctor". MOST doctors are clueless and will discourage you from taking it out of ignorance...which is so unfortunate.
Exactly lol. I wouldn't run anything past my clueless Dr.! As a matter of fact, ever since I stopped taking all of the meds she had me on, I feel BETTER!
I came off of 5 medications after taking this Sea Moss. If someone is ingesting too much throughout the day, I recommend no more than 3 TB spoon in a day. Me personally, I make a gallon of juice/veggies together and add a forth of jar of Sea Moss in my blender. This lasts me 3-5 days according to how I drink it. I'm good. Everyone's body is different. You may need more or less, your body will let you know.
100%, my doctor got me on omeprazole which it came out recently is giving people dementia, telling me to get the clot/heart attack jab and was putting my mom on things that was ruining her body (statins), no longer going to listen to any mainstream dr, we need to get out of this myth that we have to listen to what these big pharma puppets are telling us. and research / heal ourselves
I have been taking seamoss for over a year now, I take it with my coffee, tea or juice and have not had any side effects. It does give me a some energy, my skin feels hydrated my hair grows faster and most importantly body aches have decreased I love seamoss

From when I was a child of jamaican parents we had Irish moss to drink, my mother used to boil it and mix it with milk and condenser milk, cinnamon and nutmeg, we had to drink it mostly on Sunday. Now I buy it blend it after soaking it for at least 12hrs, no dairy a little spinach, spiraling and maybe a banana to sweeten, sometimes I will use coconut water to blend it with. So far I have never had a negative effect from Irish Moss. But for me it's back in the day food/drink. Stay blessed. Just my personal experience with it.
Just started taking Sea Moss again, after several years. It actually helps me with any digestive issues. I make my own gel&take it in either an organic fruit smoothie or protein smoothie. It gives me crazy energy in the day&relaxes me in the night! No negative side effects at all, so far.I love it!!!
Please assist. I'm an older person and already fart a lot, randomly 😅 I don't have digestive problems, but every 4 days or so I feel bloated. Lemme know what u think
I suffered chronic constipation for three years. Started taking one heaped teaspoon of sea moss gell in my soursop tea - morning and evening. It’s the first thing (apart from OTC laxatives, which I hate taking) that actually works. Farting loads though, so am going to try taking slightly less. Really glad I discovered sea moos.
When I first started talking sea moss, omg, a major detox🙃. I cut meat at that time so it was easy to detox. Sea moss gives me so much energy and it helps with the monthly mother nature cramps. I love it!!!!!
He is beautiful. He has terrific skin. Clear eyes. I’ve been on sea moss for about a month. My skin is nice. I’m 49. My eyes seem to be detoxing too. They have always been black but I see milk chocolate brown eyes now. Energy is evidently better. My hair is growing. My eyebrows are coming in. Eye lashes too. Can’t say enough good about it.🌺
Hi good morning I'm from T&T i had breast cancer i have finish chemo eight months and radiation five months but the pain it left me with some one told me to try seamoss it will help so i now start it yesterday one table spoon in the morning i make it for my self
I make my own seamoss all the time. I have not experienced side effects so far. I get my seamoss from the Caribbean which is actually the best place to buy it. I do have people from St. Lucia and Grenada who sell. These islands have really good seamoss
I get mine from Grenada as well. As long as the strands are thin and not thick I’m willing to use them to make my own gel. I hear the thick strands are farm raised.
Im on day 2 of using Sea moss. Im an ex smoker and been generally unhealthy most my life. Started my fitness journey about 3 years ago. The main side effect is my body is pushing out ALOT OF MICUS . Yellow colored. I usually cough out black phlegm from my lungs detoxing old tar so the change to so much yellow mucus was a shock. I also get a lite nose drip as well- although I don’t feel sick . I’ve already struggle with bronchitis from the smoke damage so it’s not like the mucus is uncommon but I mean it’s really coming out. Im taking a tea spoon in the am and one before bed . I may dial It back a bit since it really is a powerful medicine and I do need to function without hacking up all the mucus in my system. Overall im enjoying the detox and hopefully my body adjusts as I continue to lift , lose weight and eat healthy
That sounds normal after years of smoking and unhealthy living. All that mucus coming out is actually helping eliminate the possibility of disease forming in your body due to the excess mucus in your body.
Sea moss helps rids the body of mucus. So all that excess waste of being pushed out. Have you changed your diet? Because if you're still eating things that build mucus, your body is just going to keep pushing it out.
I definitely think it’s good to test out what amount works best for your body. I make my own gel and have found that about a teaspoon in a smoothie is best for me. I get it from St. Lucia. Any more than a teaspoon and I will be gassy or nauseous. My husband, on the other hand, can tolerate more. I also can’t put it in anything warm. But many people do put it in their coffee, tea, and stews. Among many other things, sea moss is a natural cleanser. So be prepared for that. That’s why you have to test your body’s tolerance. Just my 2 cents. 😊
Hello Travel and wellness , on the grand scheme of things , If your feeling gassy after consuming sea moss, there are a few possible reasons . So if it’s gracilaria (stringy version ) you need to boil it more on a low heat to help break down the cell walls (30-40 mins) so the bacterias inside of your colon don’t have to give off so much steam trying to break it down , or you need to up your pro-biotics and/ or enzymes consumption . 1 teaspoon is simply not enough am afraid even though digestion wise it works well for you, your simply not going to gain 2% of the benefits this super food has to offer . . sea moss is a form of cell food . 1 spoon of sea moss is like having a teaspoon of cooked rice per serving . One of the main functions of sea moss is its ability to form structured water that easily assimilate into cells which also hydrates the body with living water . Can you imagine drinking one teaspoon of water per day hmmm . Hope this information finds you well. P.s it’s coming from a good place Xxxxx Let’s share the info and
@@i.modaine6661 Thanks for your suggestions. I have heard and read many recommendations where people suggest one to two tablespoons per day. I do think a person can get some benefit from that amount. I know that some folks take much more. I don’t boil my sea moss, I soak it for a few hours with lime and then blend it. My mother-in-law is from Jamaica and has said she used to boil it. I may try that. How much sea moss do you take daily?
This is my third day of taking sea moss, I prepared it myself as I was instructed I drink a lot of coffee, and decided to stop cold turkey. after not drinking coffee for the 1st day I started to develop a coffee headache withdrawal but I noticed this morning and it's amazing that I bump into your post I went back to my coffee because I was getting pressure in my head, I will cut down on the coffee slowly and continue with the sea moss a few times a week. I will have my smoothie later I can definitely feel a change in my energy level my brain fog is gone and all the mucus I would have in the morning is gone. Only 3 dsys. I am feeling alive again I am watching and waiting to see what it does for me with the inflammation in my body thank. God for these herbs waiting to see what the results are as I said it has only been 3 days for me very excited. Shalom.
I started taking sea moss the end of May this year, I have back issues and sciatic nerve pain the sea moss help with the pain tremendously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I am so great full that I tried it and it helps a lot. I went from taking 2 pain pills a day now I’m down to 1 sea moss works wonders. Nature’s Tummy is where I purchase my sea moss. I was getting the gel 16oz but I’m going to make my own, my brother in law says it’s easy and you’ll save money and I did $24.00 I saved.
And what way do you take it and am happy your feeling good and it’s help you cause all the doctors want to do is fill you up with tablets which isn’t good
It's been a week, and now I can see where my headaches and nausea can possibly be coming from. I will check out your listing for credible sources to buy from.
I heard headaches are sometimes a result of your body detoxifying and giving headaches.I have experienced this detoxifying my body so it could be as a result of that.
Head aches are definitely from detoxing, when you detox your body you will always have detox healing side affects, once your body gets use to it, it goes away. Making sure its authentic fresh sea moss is the key & thats any herb or natural supplement.
My experience of putting Sea Moss in my smoothies - I'm just trying the sea moss gel for the first time - I noticed that my bowel movements in the morning are A LOT. I looked and said - all of that came out of ME! I have a smoothie 2-3 times a week - usually every other day and use only a tablespoon. I haven't experienced any negative side effects. Will keep you up to date.
This video has helped a lot. This explains just about everything I experienced in the first three days of taking sea moss, even right down to taking it not inside of my coffee by immediately alongside my coffee. I’m still experiencing the gassiness even now, and I was starting to get worried, wondering where it was coming from. This was helpful. I have indeed lowered my dosage, too. Thanks!
Well coffee is acidic. And since CMOS is a plant it is chlorophyll which is basically oxygen for cells. So when you are taking coffee and CMOS you are actually destroying the cell structure of the sea moss. It's kind of like taking a vitamin and drinking pop with it. You're basically destroying the nutrients. Coffee is very cancerous. And actually cancer loves acid. Cancer comes from yourselves clotting in your lymphatic system and yourselves become cancerous in that spot. Coffee is actually very dangerous. That's why it stains your teeth. Imagine what is doing inside your body. There are other ways to get energy. But long story short. You have to watch your acetic and your chlorophyll or your alkaline balances in your body. So what you do is find something plant-based to give you energy with your seamoss. You can get chlorophyll drops. You can juice fruits and vegetables. Do some research it always helps.
I Thank you, I did experience headaches at first. But I wasn’t drinking enough water. Once I started drinking more water all my side effects went away even the bloating and gas.
Thank you for sharing. I'm on day two of trying it. I made it myself. Initially I started coughing up mucus (I have asthma and bronchitis.) I woke up with a headache that hasn't subsided. Your video explains that. The benefits have been decreased brain fog, muscle and joint pain almost immediately.
I recently started taking sea moss. I felt the benefits in just a few days. But I am having very vivid dreams. This started from day one of taking sea moss. Has anyone else experienced this?
Yes.. I've experienced headaches, stomach cramps, bloating, and gas. Listening to others, I now figured out that I'm taking way too much. I take 3 heaping table spoons every morning with no breaks in between..
Greetings! Some other reasons for side effects.. I just want to add that its very important to know where you source your seamoss from; that is the farmer & their farming & processing practices.. in Belize we call it seaweed.. the algae gets its nutrients from the water in which it is grown so it also absorbs toxins & pollutants as well.. We in Belize farm sustainalby 20 miles offshore in pristine water to ensure premium quality where no offshore runoffs can pollute our seaweed.. polluted water frm sewer runoffs near communities will contaminate the seaweed & so give ppl 'bad belly' issues.. the quality of the water in which it is processed will also have the same effects on the seaweed.. So its important to know your source!!
Hi Mariko, thanks for sharing this. I find that's a problem with a lot of the sea moss I research, many sellers don't go into specifics so you have to do a bit of detective work.
I drink sea moss everyday and it make me feel strong I also make smoothies with it you have to soak it overnight with lime in it wash it properly before boiling it I boil it with cinnamon or bay leaf it taste good
Wish I had your help right now. I have seamoss and bladderwrack capsules and some other herbs to but I don’t want to make herbal teas with them. I want to make smoothies for the calcium 🦴 and energy ⚡️boost at work. I’m still amazed at how Dr. Sebi dropped to his knees and felt no pain. I can’t even do that in my mid twenties lol.
I get my sea moss from a trusted friend. I HV been taking it a week.im battling tumors, MS and other health issues. I noticed if I take 3 teaspoons I get a very bad headache and nausea. He told me I could tk up to 3 a day so I tried that a couple days both days this happened. On the days I took one teaspoon I was fine. My husband has also started taking it and he takes 1 tablespoon and has had no problems.tfs
I get mines directly from the divers dry them and bag them my self. I soak mine with lemon until it is fluffy and soft then wash them out really good more than once, then I blend it with ginger and store in the fridge as use it as tea with turmeric and honey. At first it bring out all the gas but after a week or so I stop passing the gas. My mom blood pressure went down. Stool was as smooth as icecream. I think it is very good.
If you are nausea after eating could be a parasite die off reaction, pumpkin seed can also cause nausea if you have parasites. Good to follow up with a bowl purge wiith castor oil to clear out any toxicity left behind if the reaction is from parasite die off, but talk to your health care provider before trying this.
Some of the seamoss has been bleached. If seamoss does not have a fishy raw, kinda disgusting taste and smell, then it's not pure and this might account for the side effects.
Greetings! I'm a sustainable seaweed farmer in Belize.. the term 'bleached' refers to the white color of the seaweed during the drying process under the sun.. its the natural transitional stage from fresh to dry.. depending if u soak the seaweed or not & how long you soak it for b4 drying will determine the potency of the seaweed & the variation in smell & how long u may need to soak it to make your gel.. no bleach is actually used.. its just a term used because at one point the seaweed gets extra white during the natural drying process.. Hav a great day!!
It doesn’t have a taste. Also, it’s one of the greatest of God’s natural foods. It’s not that sea moss has side effects, it’s an individual thing. No two people are alike. My friend hates watermelons 🍉 because it make their throat feel nausea. There’s nothing wrong with the watermelon, it’s just her system, or something.
I've never taken Sea Moss pills myself. Try and get a refund if you can. I personally prefer the gel and have had good results with it. Hope you feel better 👍🏾
It does have side effects when you’re body is first starting off with it cause it has to adjust to the new diet you’re going through. Always stay hydrated. Don’t just take sea moss without a meal or something with substance. Me personally I switch it up. Some times I take one scoop or two scoops just depending on how I feel. And I’m really aware of my body now so I don’t consume sea moss everyday like when I started it. I’ll take it once every other day or go back to back. In between days I take the sea moss capsules
I make my own sea moss gel. If not clean properly you will experience some of those things. Sea moss will help cleanse your colon. It help those that are constipated loosen up they bowels to make a bowel movement without strain. If not cleaned properly the smell of sea will make you gag and even upon intake you may vomit. So its best to watch who your provider is. They hands maybe dirty when packaging it, it maybe also farm raised on a rope, and it maybe not sundried/moon dried. They say Irish is the best but I'm fine with getting mines from my homeland Jamaica. Once again people make sure you do your homework on who and where you are getting this product from. Upon taking the real sea moss some people don't like the texture or taste. So some people infused cinnamon, fruits, and etc. You may put it in teas, smoothies, soup and stew for a thickener. It will give you gas and help get rid of the mucus n toxin by loosening up your bowels to make better bowel movement without straining. Change your diet a bit also to see results in losing weight, clearing up skin, hair and nail growth. It also strengthen the bones and give good sensation in brain. Sea moss have many great benefits.
I take 2 tablespoons once a day, my daughter who is 24 takes 1 tablespoon, more than that for her she starts having stomach issues. I started at one tablespoon a month ago and increased to two. I will wait another month before increasing again
I also had the effect of. coughing and nose blowing, which I was told was normal because it rids the body of excess mucus. My husband decided not to take it because he thought I was suffering, but I told him I didn't feel sick it was the sea moss ridding me of mucus. Also, my blood pressure has been high since taking it, but i know it supposed to lower it. I have only been taking going on 3 weeks. The coughing and nose blowing has ceased so i hope my blood pressure goes back to normal.
You have to realize that everyone's body does react differently when consuming sea moss our metabolism isn't the same thanks for sharing your experience with others 🙏🏿🙏🏿
I started taking sea moss this week. I had a table side and drink it down with water. I just get a massive dose of energy. It's keeps me going more then coffee
I started with 2 tablespoons (one in the morning and one in the evening) for 2 weeks and I broke out in hives. My face was a mess so I stopped immediately and my face returned to normal.
I have been using sea moss for about two months now. I buy the ready made gel. I experienced the following when my body was getting use to the moss: gas and bloated, constipation, black poo and headache. These have all settled now but I still pass wind. My tummy is flat now so happy the wind is going. I still feel full, I take mine in the morning with fresh fruits, I may move to evening now. Benefits I have noticed includes no morning arches, more energy, nails growing better and strong, softer skin I have a few
I experienced when taking 1-2 tblsps a day I experienced sleepless nights, now I only do 1 tsp in the morning on an empty stomach.. and it seems to be working so far . Thank you 😊
I’ve had bad stomach issues acid reflux. I took a tablespoon Seamoss gel last night and I was finally able to sleep through the night. I woke up this morning and had tons of energy, I also took another tablespoon . So far no stomach issues and I feel great
Sea moss decreases skin sebum production because of the zinc in it so it makes my skin dry (and decreases my facial acne). I adjusted by using more lotion 🤷🏽♀️
i put sea moss gel in my lemon water once and i got extremely sick! i had an insanely painful thyroid pain and it made it harder for me to speak, drink and even swallow my own saliva.
That's because of the lemon. Lemons are a trigger reaction to tyroids. Also sea moss can be a good thing for tyroid disease ONLY if you don't consume too much of it because of the iodine in it.
Very informative vid Bro. I grew up drinking sea moss in Jamaica. We normally make a smothie with it or add to porridge or overnight oats which we called "magnum ". When I take a break from consuming it on my return I do get gassy; passing wind and burping. Which I believe is a good thing. It gives me great energy and improves my mood
Doctor? Most MDs don't know jack about nutrition. I've been studying the subject for many years. And consider myself an expert. I've helped numerous friends, their friends and family get their lives turned around for the better. My way of giving back.
I do find that making my own gel works better. I can also blend with herbal tea or clove & cinnamon instead of just plain water to create different flavors. But the seamoss that you have here in your video is Gracilaria and I do use it ror detox. However, my body responds much better to the Chondrus Crispus gel. Thats the seamoss that looks like leaves. I use it for rebuilding. It also gets rid of the everyday subtle aging pains like the cracking bones and stretching that used to be needed when I get out of bed 😆 Thanks for sharing. 💕
This is the comment I’ve been looking for. The cracking bones is what I’m trying to get rid of. Dr Sebi mentioned calcium when talking about seamoss so I really hope this helps.
I made some yesterday but I put it in smoothies. The jar says take 1 tablespoon in whatever drink so I just did a teaspoon because it’s my first time. I finished drinking my smoothie within the span of 2 hrs. Instantly felt energized and clear minded. I’m in the midst of coming off a cold, that’s why it was bought for me. On top of that, I’m on my cycle. I’m no stranger to headaches as I suffer from migraines, bloated (cycle), and I believe I suffer from GERD (have bile in my throat every night and won’t come up and just keep burping so the latest I eat at is 4 PM. However, it still happens. I know I’m supposed to eat everyday but with this it’s terrible.) Anyway, constipation (haven’t had a good bowel movement in maybe a year) and my allergies suck with it being hot one day and cold the next. In addition to feeling energized and clear minded, noticeably to me I got instantly bloated, heart palpitations, and can’t stop burping. I don’t know if it’s from the outside factors or from the sea moss. I hope nothing is wrong, I know some food/drink don’t agree with you. I’ll try it again in a week and if I still feel this way or worse I’m going to give it back.
I have been taking seamos for six months for six month, no problem, I don't cook it because vit.B12 calcium is decreased with heat ,my daughter is in Dominica I ask her to bring me some.
Takeing to much can raise your blood pressure. A little is best, does the job, I was so happy to what sea mossy did I took it thee times a day. It stopped my needing sugary things all the time. I don't have need for eating snacks. An I lose weight without exercise. In too mouths I lost most of my belly fat, weighing 157 to 144
Oh wow these minor side effects are worth it OVER prescribed medication 👀…….. All we have to do is find what dose works for us 🙄……… Main issue here is making sure you’re sourcing from somewhere reputable
I have been taking sea moss for the better part of 5 years and have had no side effects other than my intake of food has changed which helps you lose weight.
I can testify that sea moss gives I tremendous energy I bought a can of seamoss I drank it i few hours after I noticed I feel like dura el battery I keep going and going and did not know why I was feeling so energetic. I’m the morning I googled benefits of seamoss and I saw it gives emery,
I just started the sea moss journey and I have a lot of pain in my stomach and bloating with gas. I do feel full and eat less than I was before starting .I had a slight headache. This is day 2. However I was taking 2 tablespoons am and pm. So I now just take 1 dose in the morning but thinking of switching it to just night. On the positive side I do have more energy and then it fades away. I put it on my skin and it lighten up and my skin is softer and smoother. I will Continue to post moving forward. So I will be doing 1 teaspoon am and pm if tolerating it well shall see and if not tapper down to once a day in a lose dose.
Let me know how it goes! I started last night and took tablespoons and immediately felt gassy and a bit bloated. Im only going to take 1 from now on and see how I feel.
I just started taking sea moss tablets. I bought a small bottle on Amazon and it each tablet is 2000mg. it says to take 2 tablets daily. After taking the tablets on the second day, I had severe bloating and passing lots of wind. I had headache and thats about it. Now I think I am feeling better with non of the issues coming back. Do you think 2000mg per tablet is too much? Please advice me. thx and keep up the good work. God bless.
Thanks for sharing! I haven't personally tried the tablets/capsules so I avoid talking about them in depth. I'll only share that some people have mentioned to me concerns about the harvesting practices of some of the tablets on the market today. So you have to be a little more careful. But as you said, it's working for you so long may it continue!
I was on 2.5 Lexapro for 2months and believe my headaches are coming from the combination of Lexapro and sea moss. I’ve been trying to research it, but I can’t find any evidence other than how I’m feeling. So today I’m stopping the Lexapro. It’s the lowest dose, so I should be fine.
Thank you for this advice. I've learnt from experience to block out a weekend, whenever I begin a new medicinal product. That way, I can do a self test or evaluation of any cleansing reactions my system experiences. I also start slow and gradually increase the amount and how often I take it. For example, 1 teaspoon in liquid, once a week, to 1 tablespoon in liquid, once a week. Since it's medicinal, it's not to be consumed like water or fruit juice. Usually, with most medicinal products, it's utilize for 3 weeks, then rest for 1 week. Depending on why it's being taken. There's a huge difference between medicinal and social concoctions; yet, both should be taken in moderation.
I was gifted a bottle of Sea Moss Wildcrafted from GNC about 2 weeks ago, so far I've experienced constipation and stool being green and mushy...although it gives me energy and suppress my appetite, I take two a day, should I be concerned?
I did experience constipation the first week. I go twice daily (tmi sorry) and i skipped one day and my stomach hurt sooo bad! It only happened once and I’ve been okay since. Only side effect and it was temporary. I make my own gel and take it like a shot twice a day and chase it with water lol
Just bought sea moss gummies off Amazon, took 2 as recommended & drank the 8oz of water suggested. Did a brief treadmill workout & some sit ups, had to stop mid workout. My stomach is bubbling, head hurts, & I’m currently in the bathroom due to nausea. Guess it’s a no for me
After taking dr sebi seamoss is when I noticed constipation , when I've never had it before. 2 years later, gallbladder issues and enzyme depleation. Light colored stoole mostly mean no bile or very little is produced by the liver, therefore you have less enzymes to breakdown, and digest your foods; hence the bloating
Too much fiber...I had the same issues after 16 years of being vegetarian and then vegan, i developed gallstones from eating a high fiber, low fat diet. We need saturated fats (animal) to release bile, over time the lack of bile production allows stones to form and the ducts to get blocked
I have been drinking sea moss for many years and never had any problems, Well we make it at home, we live near the beach, and I have never drank it from anyone else, but it is good, thanks ❤❤❤
Sea Moss did not help me lose weight at all but it did clear up my Covid. It also made me feel sluggish. Lemon water felt more effective and is of course cheaper.
Thank you! I received sea moss as a gift. I was clueless! Your video and everyone's comments have helped me feel educated, comfortable, and excited to take it!
I think those problems are just cleansing side effects. When your body is removing impurities there may be some reactions. My first week I experienced most of these but after two weeks I felt great my body change in a positive way. I took small doses throughout the day. I had a lot bronchial congestion it slowly went away.
I took sea moss gel for 2 weeks. At first I experienced the good. Then it turned into headaches extreme bloating, Stopped my period. I feel so sick. I stopped taking it a week ago and still feeling sick.
I’ve been taking red sea moss for about 6days. I only take 1 tsp straight, not mixed in anything. I’ve had a slight headache since. My blood pressure is fine, so I don’t know where the headaches are coming from. I’m trying to drink a gallon of water daily.
Hi! Just curious if your headaches eventually went away? Or did you have to stop taking it? I have had a headache that started on day 3 and I'm currently on day 7.
I've been taking it every day for 16 years. No side effects. It cleared my skin and my sinuses .
@Brad144 what differences do you feel immediately? Purchased some today for the first time
Hello, can you share the brand you take ?
That's great. It can work wonders for skin and expelling mucus from the Sinuses and Lungs.

Yes it’s true for Constipation!! I get headaches; I cannot drink too much. I have to skip days in between. This is GREAT information.
The yellow color could be bile
And the constipation is the process of cleared colon impacting the intestines.
Recommended eat papaya if constipated.
What a lovely man! He was so articulate! He made it so easy to listen to his good and honest advice.

Seamoss must be prepared properly. I have been drinking seamoss all my life. All good for me.

I make my own seamoss all the time. I have not experienced side effects so far. I get my seamoss from the Caribbean which is actually the best place to buy it. I do have people from St. Lucia and Grenada who sell. These islands have really good seamoss
I use to buy it from a Trinidadian., it taste like Snow cream w/cinnamon...I Loved it..snow that I'm n NC gotta find out where to buy it??
@@florencebowden3980 why would it taste like snow that's really bad

@@bernadettealexander8033 yes they do. Went to Caricou in 2019 and I can attest to that
I get mine from Grenada as well.
I may dial
It back a bit since it really is a powerful medicine and I do need to function without hacking up all the mucus in my system. Overall im enjoying the detox and hopefully my body adjusts as I continue to lift , lose weight and eat healthy
That’s not a side affect that’s a benefit! lol
What kind you bought
this is not a "side effect" it is an "Effect"
I WAS FARTING ALL NIGHT ...I KEPT WAKING UP FROM THE NOISE ..GOOD SHIT BRO

😂😂😂
Oh my 😂
I almost spit my drink out!! 😂
😂😂😂😂
P.s it’s coming from a good place
Xxxxx
Let’s share the info and
Is it necessary to boil in a little water or can it be blended with room temp water and stored in the fridge.
Tnks.

Shalom.
I've been taking it for several weeks now and feel just fine. No headache, no nausea and no vomiting.
Benny did you fart, feel constipation or raise your blood pressure
I started taking sea moss the end of May this year, I have back issues and sciatic nerve pain the sea moss help with the pain tremendously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I am so great full that I tried it and it helps a lot. I went from taking 2 pain pills a day now I’m down to 1 sea moss works wonders. Nature’s Tummy is where I purchase my sea moss. I was getting the gel 16oz but I’m going to make my own, my brother in law says it’s easy and you’ll save money and I did $24.00 I saved.
What big improvement do you have
And what way do you take it and am happy your feeling good and it’s help you cause all the doctors want to do is fill you up with tablets which isn’t good
That is great!! I am glad you ate feeling better.
How donyou make it?

Thank you, I did experience headaches at first. But I wasn’t drinking enough water. Once I started drinking more water all my side effects went away even the bloating and gas.

I used sea moss to clear up minor skin hives. I made my gel and gently cover the itching area for about 5 days. It works 😌
I had no negative experience with my sea moss intake. I was looking around for supplementation, went on to shilajit which I quite liked.

Cancer lives on acid and sugar. Lemon is acidic. Add key lime, as it is alkaline instead of acidic.

What about the purple gel
Actually true I always buy a sea moss fresh in the market
It doesn’t have a taste. Also, it’s one of the greatest of God’s natural foods. It’s not that sea moss has side effects, it’s an individual thing. No two people are alike. My friend hates watermelons 🍉 because it make their throat feel nausea. There’s nothing wrong with the watermelon, it’s just her system, or something.
I just took one pill this morning and I have had stomach cramps all day. I have no underlying medical issues and don’t take any medications.
Is there a difference between taking it by capsule?
.
I will wait another month before increasing again
u got gassy bcuz ur bacteria in your digestive tract wasn’t used to it. once it bcoms a regular part of ur diet they adjust.
That's what he said
I also had the effect of. coughing and nose blowing, which I was told was normal because it rids the body of excess mucus.

All things in moderation as they say. It's generally always better to be cautious when starting something new in your diet.

It's important to drink lots of water with it to help slush your system properly. And make sure it's Irish sea moss.
Lmao me too! I thought something was wrong. I couldn't poop at all, and I'm always regular 🤦
So you just take the sea moss by mouth and then water thanks
Not TMI, honesty appreciated.
I've never had digestive issues but after taking semos I all of a sudden half gastro issues
Too much fiber...I had the same issues after 16 years of being vegetarian and then vegan, i developed gallstones from eating a high fiber, low fat diet. We need saturated fats (animal) to release bile, over time the lack of bile production allows stones to form and the ducts to get blocked
Don’t Buy It From His Site. It’s Not Ran By Who Yu Think It’s Ran By. I But My SEAMOSS from A Chinese Herbal Shop.
Lemon is acidic. Switch to key lime and you switch to alkaline.
errr has lemon water got all them minerals ? nope, Lemon is too acidic for me
Thank you! I received sea moss as a gift. I was clueless! Your video and everyone's comments have helped me feel educated, comfortable, and excited to take it!
Awesome! I hope you have a good experience with it
I think those problems are just cleansing side effects.
I wasn't sure what to expect but this is very well put together.
I have had no side effects however every body is different. What type are you taking by the way?
I dealt with constipation as well as headache the first time back on seamoss after a year.
And are you still taken and how’s things now thanks
Drink lots of water
All the symptoms sounds like body is detoxing,
Cause it is
